I swear this manger has worked at other locations. His voice and demeanor are recognizable haha but every time I stop here for lunch my food is made quick and correctly. Lobby is clean and staff seem happy.

Very bad customer service & very lazy

We were unable to use our valid gift card. The gift card would not read when swiped AND the worker was unable to enter it manually. The Burger King worker instructed us to call the number on the back of the card for help. Gift card phone agent confirmed the card was valid and did have funds available. Gift card phone agent advised that the Burger King worker should call THEIR phone support to process the payment. The Burger King worker told me she did not know the phone number to call to process the payment manually. We left hungry and went elsewhere to eat. We will NEVER buy another gift card from Burger King AND will never eat there again except to use our valid remaining gift card balance once we figure out how to use it.

So yesterday in my order I was missing both of my fries and my sodas (2)that I ordered with no ice , one had ice and the other didn't but it was half full. I called and complained and was told to come in today to get the fries and free cookies. So I go in and ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches to be dropped in the fryer and made fresh and to get my fries and free cookies. As I left the drive thru I noticed they didn't give me my cookies and both of the chicken sandwiches were old, not fresh and also were.made wrong, sandwiches had two top buns like come on people. This is ridiculous, like it not rocket science. Owner can you please help and and please replace all meals.

I only come here only because my mom enjoys Burger King, HOWEVER, when I do come here for her the customer service is SO bad that I dread going. Today I came I forgot to give them the app code for my points, and the lady abruptly snapped, “YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME THE CODE AT THE SPEAKER.” mind you, that was the greeting I received.. Sorry, I forgot to give the code at the speaker box. lol This is the second time she snapped that same phrase at me, so you would think i would remember because that has happened has few times and it’s always the same lady. Other places who have these apps don’t mind if you give them code at the window.. This particular Burger King shouldn’t mind considering how they typically make you pull to the front door and wait for your order. I say all this to say that the moral is, practice better customer service because it goes a long way.I gave two stars because sometimes other employees are friendlier but it isn’t entirely great when you’re willingly patronizing a place and not knowing if you’re going to have good customer service or not.

I thought it was strange that they didn’t total my order out at the speaker area. My fries were VERY salty BUT I was pleased that when I came into the establishment they gladly made a fresh batch without salt and gave me salt packets. I was pleased with the double whopper though! I thought the kids working there were nice.

I wouldn't never go back their the female at the window no customers service skills make my food the way she wants to then I told her how the order was supposed to be then in the guy that was back making the food didn't make it the way I wanted to make it they still wrapped it up and put it in my bag the way they wanted to after I pacifically told her and said over the intercom how I wanted it and was very disrespectful and rude never would get no more of my money!!

I would like to acknowledge an employee at this location by the name of Jonathon. My excellent customer service began at the drive thru window where he assisted me on how to get the best "bang for my buck." This wasn't solicited. He just did it because not only is he a good guy, but he is obviously a fantastic employee!When I pulled forward to pay, Jonathon was friendly, kind, and professional. He was also multi-tasking. (NOT EASY!) I noticed he was complimentary to his fellow employees and everyone working there appeared to be working hard and seemed truly happy.I don't know Jonathon's title. If he's not a manager, he probably should be. People work best for people they like. A businesses success or failure is all about the staff.This BK had a great team and I hope they are appreciated so they stay.I don't think people realize what a hard job working in fast food can be.I was highly impressed and will definitely be back!Thank you.

The workers there scam their customers. Burger King has their own version of chicken wraps, they told us that the honey mustard one costs $7 because it's bigger than the other 2 wraps they offer. Which is not the truth, each wrap costs $3 and they are all the same, they just wanted us to pay for their own meal. Will never go to this location again.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS!I work only a few minutes away and every few months I'll place an order for me and some of my coworkers and EVERY TIME there is something wrong. Missing items, completely incorrect orders, 40 minute wait times to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich. This location has been consistently AWEFUL with order accuracy for years. On this specific occurrence I place my order online, I arrive to the location and following instructions to let them know that I placed my order online via the drive-thru speaker. I'm then instructed that I need to come inside to get my order. Spend 20 minutes in the drive-thru line just to go inside. After waiting yet ANOTHER 20 MINUTES the order is finally completed and handed to me. Before leaving I simply inspected that the quantities of items were correct, which they were. After getting back to my office to give everyone their desired items we see that the sandwiches are incorrectly labeled, and completely wrong altogether. A $10 in store offer is not acceptable for this kind of experience. I have ZERO intention of returning to this location.
