watching a worker NOT wearing gloves handling food with his bare hands is disgusting. When approaching him about it he didn't seem to care nor did it phase him. I wouldn't recommend this BK to anyone.
The customer service at the Waukesha location is abhorrent! I was never treated so badly. Snot nosed counter person was beyond rude! He got so nasty with me I lost my cool and did something I shouldn’t have. Long story short little the prick had it coming! I called the franchise owner.
Lobby not open for carry out. I am up here on a charter with a school bus and that won’t fit in the drive thru.

The staff and managers have improved over time, and they are friendly and helpful. Customers can enjoy fresh and hot food, as well as deals through the BK app. While not everyone's favorite, this particular location has above-average staff, and the new manager is turning things around for the better, with quick service and a friendly attitude.
