Very bad customer service very long wait times even when there is no people in drive thru line. I have been to this place about 3 times and today was the last for me had me waiting for over an hour

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times in the last few years.
There's a guy that works drive thru and I've gotten him every time. He's always been overly nice with 'sweetie', 'honey', 'beautiful' and being over the top nice throughout our transaction. I go at off times so I'm usually the only one in the drive thru.
There's plenty of people who say 'sweetie' etc. in the service industry and I thought nothing of it other than I guess he's that kind of guy and I'd rather have a pleasant interaction rather than a negative one. The guy is giving 'good' customer service, who am I to complain?
The other day I went and it was a busy drive thru. I heard him taking the womans order in the car in front of me. He did not talk to her like that... at all.
When I was at the window waiting for my food I heard him taking another woman's order (you can hear the customer at the speaker as well when you're at the window in your car). This guy didn't talk to her like that. At all.
THEN as he gave me back my card he LOOKED at my card.. and then called me by my first AND last name.
Needless to say - DO NOT GO to this location if you're a woman. This is creepy, not okay behavior, and NOW I'm nervous some random guy has my first and last name.

This burger king is the worst. Not fast food at all, so if you go here, expect to wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Even if you order ahead online it takes 20+ minutes to get your food. After waiting so long you'd think the food would be hot and fresh, but it always tastes old and nasty. I work near this location and give them another try occasionally and in 5 years they've never once gotten the order correct, something is always missing or not what I ordered. Got chicken fries with my order today and I couldn't eat them, they were clearly VERY old and had a rubbery texture to them. I recommend anyone that's hungry to spend your money somewhere else, so you can actually enjoy your meal.

I think the staff and managers here have both improved over time. They are friendly and helpful. I love to use the BK app and the deals it provides. The food is always fresh and served hot and delicious. GO BK.
Every review about the wait and how long it takes to get served here is 100% accurate. Do not eat here if you're in a rush, there are sit down restaurants that'll serve you faster. I've sat here and watched dozens of people leave or drive off, it's the worst... And nobody cares lol

Myself and 4 other cars were trapped in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes. I called and was told they were short handed and two people walked out on him. The car behind me backed out as did I. At least they didn't have to pay two employees.
