This location did a full 180 the new staff are amazing they make sure your experience is good. They rake the extra effort to serve hot and fresh food. Worth going the only BK in the city so that says it all.

Took 20 mins to get food with nobody inside or in line. Was given an employees drink and was told oh sorry thats mine. Food was cold and gross. Eat somewhere else

This is by far the worst Burger King ever! We waited 45 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers! The staff was absolutely disrespectful towards us while we sat at the pick up window to get our food. They were pacing around inside talking. When we questioned what was taking so long, the response was there was only 3 people working. I understand being short staffed but 45 minutes sitting at the window to pick up our food while the employees are just pacing around inside is insane. There was probably 9 cars behind us. I hope they know that if they want “fast food” they will be waiting almost an hour. We then get our food and everything is ICE COLD! This is by far the worst expirence I have ever had. Never again.

Walk in to grab a bit to eat with my girlfriend she’s never had Burger King before and probably won’t ever Slow service I was standing in the lobby for ten minutes two workers walked right past me one said “we’ll be wit ya in a sec” I just walked out. Reasoning: nobody was cooking fries or burgers I could understand near closing time but I was there at 6 pm. One employee told the other ““where’s the other guy”” possibly said that so that guy can take my order and they can keep standing in place. acting like they can read the monitor that only had one order on it.

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The worker stuck his hand in my cup before filling it with soda. They haven’t acknowledge my long wait at all or apologized. Ridiculous

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times in the last few years.
There's a guy that works drive thru and I've gotten him every time. He's always been overly nice with 'sweetie', 'honey', 'beautiful' and being over the top nice throughout our transaction. I go at off times so I'm usually the only one in the drive thru.
There's plenty of people who say 'sweetie' etc. in the service industry and I thought nothing of it other than I guess he's that kind of guy and I'd rather have a pleasant interaction rather than a negative one. The guy is giving 'good' customer service, who am I to complain?
The other day I went and it was a busy drive thru. I heard him taking the womans order in the car in front of me. He did not talk to her like that... at all.
When I was at the window waiting for my food I heard him taking another woman's order (you can hear the customer at the speaker as well when you're at the window in your car). This guy didn't talk to her like that. At all.
THEN as he gave me back my card he LOOKED at my card.. and then called me by my first AND last name.
Needless to say - DO NOT GO to this location if you're a woman. This is creepy, not okay behavior, and NOW I'm nervous some random guy has my first and last name.
I don't know what you guys have done to your patties, but it don't like how dry it is now?

This burger king is the worst. Not fast food at all, so if you go here, expect to wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Even if you order ahead online it takes 20+ minutes to get your food. After waiting so long you'd think the food would be hot and fresh, but it always tastes old and nasty. I work near this location and give them another try occasionally and in 5 years they've never once gotten the order correct, something is always missing or not what I ordered. Got chicken fries with my order today and I couldn't eat them, they were clearly VERY old and had a rubbery texture to them. I recommend anyone that's hungry to spend your money somewhere else, so you can actually enjoy your meal.
