Not my favorite franchise, but this particular location has above average staff from my experience. One of my bigger recent 'beefs' is the lying false advertising with the app. It suggests a free order of fries with a minimum $1 purchase. But after submitting my $6.99 order there's no option to add it. I tried adding it first and I couldn't add anything else which, of course, nullified the offer.

I used to avoid this place like the plague, knowing full well how long it always took. Gave it another try and was excited to see a new manager, who seems to be turning things around for the better! It takes time, but so far, so good. Good for him! Food came out quick, he was super friendly. Will come back again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I just sat in the drive thru for literally 25minutes. I was so aggravated by the time I got to the window I drove away without my food and came right down the street to Culver's. Unbelievable. Do not waste your time stopping here. At least 4 cars backed out and left due to the wait, I was stuck in the line or I would've done the same. Way better options are available in the same parking lot.
The Burger King on Sunset is awesome! I used the drive up today and a very nice gentleman greated me with a great sense of humor. Got to the window and noticed that he was older like myself. Said he was the Gen Mgr. The food was very good and his hospitality was just as nice! I am impressed that he is making a difference. I will be making this as maybe a weekly event.

I used to give 2 stars for this store. It didn’t open on time and refused to provide me the orders after I already ordered online when it was busy, and closed early even I already paid for the orders…etc.
Now I like to encourage the new owner/ manager that even he is too busy taking orders every time I went there, he did his best to make every order the best he can, even there’s a long line waiting and they were short of hands. I always received my orders as it is supposed to be. The cookies especially are much improved that my daughters love the fresh made cookies they made.
I have been there 3 consecutive weeks and I always got what I ordered, even though it took some time to wait. It’s normal and understandable with so many orders they received and very few employees were available.
Thank you for make this BB work and I like to visit there frequently.
