I placed an order for pick up and when I got there to get it (10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready) they took my payment but then told me it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. I went to my car to wait then came back in 15 minutes (since it was busy and didn’t want to wait inside)…I stood up front for over another 10 minutes while being avoided by everyone in there. I walked to the back of the restaurant to get any help. I was told they were packing up my food. I then sat waiting for another 15 minutes. If I was told how long it would really take I would not be so irritated. Then I was given the wrong food 👎🏻

Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.

My wife and I went here for lunch. We went for lunch and we both had a version of a taco salad. The food was very good we were given the typical chips and salsa when we sat. The chips were crispy and not tough and the 2 salsas were tasty. The staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience. My two daughters and I visited just an hour before they closed. It was a bit of a special occasion but I didn’t want to be “that guy” by showing up late. The host assured me it was fine and brought us a delicious meal with top notch service.

What wasn't bland, was salty. Would not return. The only thing I would recommend would be the salsa. But that was ruined by bland, soggy chips.
