Had the barbacoa,fish,carnetasand enchiladas at our table and we all agreed that we would dinner here again. We all said we will try the fajitas because there were so many served at other tables and they smelled fantastic. Friendly and pleasant service.

Clean and nice staff but the food was not impressive. The food didn’t taste bad but it wasn’t good enough to come back. Also when we went it was almost empty (maybe 3 booths of people) and the service took forever. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Absolutely NOT! We went for a fish fry and the fish was awful!!’. i love a good fish fry!! i don’t know what this was. The fish taste disgusting, fishy!! i couldn’t eat ANY of it!’. They didn’t offer me another entree! He didn’t apologize!! He didn’t remove it from the bill!! Highly unprofessional! Highly unethical!!! No customer service whatsoever!!! Never again!’

I placed an order for pick up and when I got there to get it (10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready) they took my payment but then told me it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. I went to my car to wait then came back in 15 minutes (since it was busy and didn’t want to wait inside)…I stood up front for over another 10 minutes while being avoided by everyone in there. I walked to the back of the restaurant to get any help. I was told they were packing up my food. I then sat waiting for another 15 minutes. If I was told how long it would really take I would not be so irritated. Then I was given the wrong food 👎🏻
Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.

My wife and I went here for lunch. We went for lunch and we both had a version of a taco salad. The food was very good we were given the typical chips and salsa when we sat. The chips were crispy and not tough and the 2 salsas were tasty. The staff was friendly. Would recommend.
