Einstein Bros. Bagels

Absolutely the worst service. Don't bother ordering ahead. After going in and being completely ignored by the staff, wasn't even looked at for 15 minutes, I went to the counter to ask about my order and let them know no one is acknowledging anyone in the order pickup area. I never got a smile, a hello, or even an apology for the wait, just a look of distain as my food was handed over because I had the audacity to point out that the staff was ignoring everyone in mobile pickup.

I usually go there between 10 and 11 a.m. But it is always a gamble because more than half the time they are out of the bagels I like. Today I arrived at about 10:30 and yet again, they were out. How is it that a place that is open till 2 consistently runs out of bagels before 11, and probably before 10? I am losing the motivation to be one of their customers. And I have been discouraging others from going there.

And most of the staff just are not all that friendly. You kinda get the feeling that you are interrupting their day.

Just went there this morning for breakfast in the drive through, extremely friendly staff. The food came out hot and they were on top of it. No questions on what was my order or anything. They were all a great team and really organized. Highly impressed!

I just want to give a shout out to Gray( hope I'm spelling that right) who went above and beyond to help me get my order in 5 minutes before they closed and with the hassle of being cash only even helped me get the exact amount due. Wow!! Excellent customer service. Also the employee who prepared my bagel was so pleasant! I'll be back because of you!

Fresh Bagels and sandwiches served quick

Just awful customer service. These people always have the WORST attitudes. Id rather go somewhere else out of the way and not start my morning off this way.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. When paying with a card at the drive-thru, I was presented with four tipping options—yet not a single one allowed me to decline. Tipping should always be a choice, not something forced on customers.

To make matters worse, the service didn’t reflect a level of attentiveness that would warrant a tip. Employees seemed more focused on their phones and chatting with each other than on helping customers. It’s frustrating to see tipping culture being taken to this extreme, especially when the service doesn’t match the expectation.

This is nothing more than a greedy cash grab. Forcing tips on customers, especially for subpar service, is unacceptable. Management should be ashamed of themselves for pushing this kind of practice.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes, figured they were short staffed so it was understandable. Pulled up to the window there were multiple people inside laughing and some just standing there... Have came to this location multiple times and very disappointing.

Not sure what the problem was today but I waited in line for almost 20 minutes for nothing. The truck in front of me had 2 big dogs and about 3 different people petted them, fed the dogs pup cups and let the dogs lick their hands. They touched the computer screen and the credit card machine without washing their hands. That is absolutely disgusting and I didn't even get my food because dogs are very unsanitary and I do not want to get sick. I will never come back to this location. You really should know better
