Food is definitely overrated for their prices. The All Nighter Bagel Sandwich totally not worth the price of almost $10. God forbid you ask for a Side of Cream Cheese...Almost $2 for a smear in a little cup. First time there and unfortunately most likely my last. The sandwich literally kept falling apart in pieces and the top Bagel was VERY dark on the edges. For the prices you are charging at least make it worth it...

The food was really good but the service was bad. When I walked in the cashier was upset that we weren’t stepping up to the counter to order yet when we didn’t know what we wanted right away. She also was rude and scoffed at us twice when I didn’t say a specific size for my drink immediately even though there wasn’t a line behind us.

We have only gotten food here twice but both times something has been completely left out of the order. I don’t think we will be going back, we don’t want to keep paying for things we never receive. Also, my egg was green on one of the sandwiches I did get..

Way too expensive for a mediocre bagel and cream cheese. Very cold seating area...uninviting. Just an awkward environment. Don't plan on returning. Especially at those prices!

This place is so poorly managed when is corporate going to step in and hire someone new who knows how to manage their employees and inventory. I have tried several different times to order their breakfast burrito and some other items but they always seem to be out. Looks like I'll just go to McDonald's instead from now on. I would not recommend ordering from this location until they make some changes.
Would not recommend people making a purchase without them repeating the order back to you. The service at the window is not appropriate, when it comes to handling customers in a respectful manner. I have spent money with them for months in support of the business, but as of today I truly regret doing so.
