I just recently started going here when I found you guys had matcha, very excited to find out that its actually good matcha and consistently good as well. However, this morning the interaction I had made me uncomfortable. I understand that I have a quiet voice that I myself can't really tell. But I definitely said an ice matcha latte with brown sugar, she didn't hear the matcha part which again I apologize, I know I have a quiet voice and I hate to waste product because I also work in food service. I know it can be annoying to have do remake things. But it does happen whether or not its the employees or customers fault. She made a brown sugar latte and I apologized and said I asked for a matcha, she was very short with me and told me I said brown sugar only. She made the matcha handed it to me and didn't bother to listen to my apology. She was clearly angry and that was very off-putting. I still want to go to you guys for matcha, but I just hope I don't have that type of interaction again.

My boyfriend and I come here pretty much weekly and their coffee is always the best in the area. I’m a coffee snob and their espresso is very high quality, I like that their lattes are more espresso forward, and I appreciate the fun monthly specials that are always coordinated with the seasons. We have had great experiences every time, and the one time we did experience a wait on our food when a large crowd came in, we got refunded without asking. Thank you copilot for being great every time!

The baristas were very friendly! The two girls working were patient, kind, and professional. I ordered a matcha latte with honey and the vegan blueberry coffee cake muffin. The matcha was pretty average (still enjoyable), but the muffin was absolutely superb! Absolutely delicious and the perfect breakfast item!

I know Copilot has gone through a few evolutions from the old Mountain Top location. I honestly didn't love the old location after they changed to Copilot, and almost stopped going. But this location is perfect and the staff are friendly. I am definitely happy with this.
But hear me out, it needs more for the theme. Lean into the planes more!

Finally went into the new location and it is super cute. I really liked the old space, so I wasn't sure about the downsizing. Cute and cozy. My iced s'mores latte was perfect. The people behind the counter were super friendly. The bathroom was clean. They have one shared bathroom in the store and it was clean. I stress this because lately I have been running into some pretty sketchy bathrooms, this was a 5 star bathroom. 😊

One of my favorite coffee shops in Waukesha! The atmosphere is so bright and cozy! I typically get an iced latte and the espresso shots are always well balanced and smooth, never bitter. I also love the story behind the name and why the owner chose it. Whether I’m grabbing my drink to go or staying for a bit, I always leave happier than when I came in. Highly recommend!

I stopped in on 6/20/25 to try a bag of their coffee to take on a kayaking getaway.. Nice store, friendly helpful staff, and an inviting atmosphere. I grabbed a bag of Dreamland dark roast...I was totally disappointed in the coffee, perhaps this was mislabeled or a bad roast batch. It was appropriately named however as it did make me sleepy, something that I have never experienced before in 48 years of being a coffee drinker.
Even with the completely unexpected experience with the coffee I would gauge a resonable ROI to be at about $0.25/ounce vs. the $1.40/ounce that I paid for it. Live and learn and Copilot coffee is off of my list.

But the real magic is the staff who remembers my order every single time. No fumbling, no guesswork. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel valued even on your first visit. 💕☕✈️
