SEE BELOW....Now Cousins has asked me to electronically respond to their website and restate my overview of his poor experience for all involved. If this COUSINS Mgr or Owner REALLY CARED they would contact us directly in instances like this...because of this YOU are downgraded to a 1 star and once again...This is NOT HOWitOT2B ! Look forward to solutions.
Ok. I cannot understand how one Cousins location is so different from one another. COUSINS you slide along and now you are sliding...this particular Cousins had an outstanding front counter person...but that's were good ended...watching the new staff attempt to effectively build a sub and fill an order painful. They looked pressured...and they failed. My mini sub had liitle pieces of meat, one piece of cheese with lettuce and tomatoes...the food looked like it wanted to jump out of the sandwich...cmon ...you can no longer be my Cousin. Another twenty dollars down the drain..This is NOT HOWITOT2B. .

This location consistently makes orders wrong. I can't remember the last time I got my order done correctly. I truly don't think they look at any of the customization options the customer chooses for their sub.
I've had to go back to get orders remade enough times, that this was the last. I'm not going back to have anything remade, I'm simply just not going back anymore.

Been a frequent flyer at cousins, i have visited multiple locations as im not a fan of most sub restaurants, the place is always clean, quick service, they have the best cheese curds, I like them better than other fast food restaurants. Never had a bad experience at any cousin's subs location.

Decent cousins, nice that they have a drive through and it was very clean.
Just place an order for a club sub at this location at 9:50 pm , they dump a bunch of salt on my sub and gave me a sandwich that was old ! You can tell when you lifted the bread up that it was an order that didn’t get picked up !!! Was not made right away. Disappointed and I want my money back
Josmara was very courteous and was able to help my mom redeem a coupon.We called 2 other locations,They couldn't help us.Thank you so much for going above and beyond for my mom.The subs were good too.
