I am so glad that I stopped at this Cousins for a sub. It was a long day, I was tired and I did not feel like cooking. Charlie took my order and was without a doubt, one of the most pleasant, helpful, Cheerful and courteous people that I have run into at a fast food location!! I asked for Philly cheese w/ NO onions. yet when I got my sub, SUPRISE SUPRISE, loaded with onions as if I had said extra onions. HORRIBLE!!

Good Food, friendly staff and clean location. Drive thru and in-store is always a 5* experience. Unfortunately on-line orders are de-prioritized and take upwards of 20 - 40mins. IMO defeats the purpose of pre-ordering on-line doesn’t it.

I was always told Cousins was good but Everytime I stopped at one it was not very good .. This one is amazing .. the bread was perfect, the sub was so good, service was great .. if you want to try Cousins try this one

1st the worker that took my order was rude. So I played rude back. I get the food home and there Is more jalapenos on my sandwich then 5 times the normal amount. I am going to toss out my sandwich as I can smell it from 5 feet away.
Everything you'd expect from a Cousins Subs. I absolutely love the bread. Did notice it's fresher when they open vs later in the day, but that's reasonable.

So expensive. My husband ordered a cheesesteak sub and it was nearly $20. My veggie sub was nothing special. Never again. Subway is better.

The Wisconsin Cheddar sub was basically gut rut on meh bread, that isn't what I remember Cousin's bread tasting like. The cheese curds were excellent, even if they were overcooked.
Mike's and Jimmy has eaten your lunch - especially when it comes to flavor profiles - which is really sad because used to drive 15 miles one way for your gyro sub.
