Food is good, but pricey and be careful I've had multiple occasions where I've ordered a single butterburger and been charged for and recieve a double butterburger...
The last couple months this location has gone down hill. I always go through drive through for convenience and bad odors inside. There’s been multiple occasions that workers forget things or have wrong items in bags. Then by the time the sandwich comes out the fries and rest of meals are cold.The last time I was at drive thru, the kids were laughing so hard through the headset that we couldn’t hear through the speaker. They didn’t turn the headset off so I had to wait half of a minute for them to calm down before he was able to take the order.Tonight I paid $22.00 for a basket and kids meal. The kids meal burger looked like a bite was taken out and had a whole top layer off the patty. It wasn’t editable! At this point I want a refund without going into the store or having a hassle around their errors.

I am a long time supporter of Culver's. I have traveled the US and as Culver's branched out, I was always excited to have my hometown favorite. As time has passed, and Culver's has grown, it has become obvious that upholding the brand's quality has started to go to the wayside. The further from Wisconsin you get, the worse the food and experience get. Because of this reason I am really holding this restaurant to the highest expectation and putting them on notice in an effort to prevent the degradation from occurring here at home.The attention to detail and getting the order correct has failed for me on multiple occasions now. I pay for bacon, I expect bacon. I specify add ketchup, I expect ketchup. We wait in line at this sometimes overburdened location and pay top dollar in terms of fast food, only to get home and find a bag full of disappointment. Retrain, realign your staff to your vision, and follow up frequently. I've been disappointed by this location too frequently lately. Please fix.And frankly, the responses here directing people to your corporate website are patronizing and offputting. You are a hometown franchise, act like you are part of this community that supports you and reach out to people.. don't just treat them like a drive through number posted to the side mirror. Please don't respond to my review in the same manner because I will not appreciate that less than personable copy paste job. You have work to do.

Did the drive through late at night, but they were pretty quick.
Food was good. Went through drive through, they forgot our silverware for the mashed potato's, forgot my cheese sauce I paid for, and forgot napkins.

The managers and staff are very nice to my little sister and brother, who are a little Chaotic.Dietary restrictions: We all have food allergies but the cooks accmdated for us it was nice. With our deadly food allergies nuts, and shellfish
