There's not many places I say this about but don't leave all bad reviews. This Culvers and everyone Ive been to is always the friendliest people and great food. I travel for work and have been to a lot of locations and my main go to for something quick!

Got some food around 2:30 and the woman bagging my food was visibly sick, touching her face and coughing without gloves. And there’s always a 30% chance they forget my bacon.

We just traveled 22hrs. straight from Las Cruces to get up for Thanksgiving, and we accidentally walked through the service members only door. They were so kind and inviting, and had a great sense of humor. The food came within 2 minutes of being ordered; everything was hot and fresh (chicken sandwich and double butrerbuger w/ cheese), fries crisped to perfection. All four interactions with different staff were professional, and everyone was happy to be there. They all did a great job. My daughter loved the pumpkin concrete mixer.

The staff was amazing the store was very clean an well stocked and employees came by to check on us to see how we were and ask if we needed anything or if we wanted are garbage cleared away. So enjoyable

STOP CHARGING FOR SAUCES YOU DONT GIVE! Ordered online and FOR WHAT ?! Why are the sauces expensive yet FIRGITTEN EVERY SINGLE TIME. SHRIMP COMBO WITH NO COCKTAIL SAICE AND CURDS WITH NO RAMCH. THE FOOD ISNT GOID WITHOUT THE SAUCE. MAKE THEM FREE OR REMEMBER THEM. IM NOT DRIVING ALL THE WAY BACK FIR BAD SERVICE AGAIN.

Usually I don’t give reviews, however there have been a couple times recently where we have visited and our orders have been wrong. The first time they accidentally gave me the spicy chicken on my salad, which did not agree with me at all. The second time my burger was fried to a crisp and it was almost inedible that they had to remake it, and now this last time we ordered two cheeseburger baskets, one single and one double. One meal was supposed to come with cheese curds and one with fries. When we came home we noticed both were cheese curds and one were the jalapeño flavored ones. Yes, our fault for not checking, but they need to train their employees better or start paying better attention to patrons orders. Very disappointed lately.
Culver’s is the best. My food took longer than they expected me to get it. (I don’t mind waiting for fresh food ever). They gave me 2 chips for 2 scoops of free custard. So…I got fresh food, amazing service and free treats!! Heck yeah!! Curderburger is back!!
