Been here multiple times and no issues and the last two times I mobile ordered they forgot condiments or they put 1 tiny squirt on the burgers. I don't know if it's a problem through the app or if it's just them not reading the order right.

Every covers I ever go to in the inner city is very stingy with their toppings on ice cream. Customer service sucks. They always have an attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work here. If you can’t do customer service don’t work customer service with that being said, I definitely would be traveling all the way out here to go to culvers cause I love Culver’s.

Usually I don't have any complaints, but lately Culvers has not been consistent and messing up my order. I went and got a kids meal with bacon. The burger had no bacon and as seen below this was like a burnt crisp and no meat in the burger. I called and understanbly they were busy and was offered a coupon to be sent to my house, just not to receive it. I went a second time just for them to also forget to add bacon to my burgers and the topping were not correct as well.

Their custard is creamy and flavorful, and they offer a variety of toppings and mix-ins. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially love their butterburgers and cheese curds. Highly recommend for a satisfying and delicious meal or snack!
