The worst fast food hamburger I have had the meat was overcooked as well as very thin. I didn’t order a smash burger . I had a butter burger bacon deluxe.

The customer service for the food was pleasing but the food this time around was terrible missed fries had to go back to get them than the fries that I got was cold and burnt at the same time taste like they where microwaved the ice cream was nothing like custard or ice cream itself it was terrible honestly like horrendous,but they was really nice about it

As a proud Chicagoan making my grand debut at Culver’s, I was fully prepared to judge. But then Lauren—the assistant manager and clearly the MVP of hospitality—stepped in. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with enough warmth to melt a cheese curd.
She personally recommended the spicy tenders, and let me tell you… life-changing. My friend and I entered as mere customers but left as spiritually upgraded individuals. We were genuinely happier walking out than walking in, and that’s rare unless you’re leaving the DMV.
Huge shoutout to Culver’s for the great food, and an even bigger shoutout to Lauren for running customer service like it’s the Oscars! We’ll absolutely be back—probably sooner than we should admit.

They had no lids and our waiter slammed the food on the the table which wasn't in a bag and didn't say anything. They tried really hard to be nonchalant but they had 0 aura.
