Have been here several times before and have always enjoyed the Gelato. Stopped in after having lunch down the street. The place has several small tables inside, and there are a couple of tables outside as well.
Got greeted with a friendly smile by the two woman behind the counter. Let us take our time to order, and willing to have a friendly chat.
They have a selection of Gelatos, Fruity Ice Creams, Cannolis and Ice Cream sandwiches. They make the gelato in small batches, so you are assured that they will be fresh. I got a medium dish with a couple of flavors, fudge brown and stracciatella (aka Romeo and Juliet). Our server did a great job of packing as much into that little dish as possible. Thanks!
Since the dining room is small, it can get a little cramped or noisy. A definite go-to for a gelato treat.

Incredibly disappointed in the lack of service we received at Divino Gelato Cafe. We have a family member who requires a gluten free diet and upon asking the staff about the gluten free gelato flavors, we were told that they're "not allowed" to tell us the ingredients in the gelato. They went on further to say they were "pretty sure" the straticella was gluten free because "chocolate doesn't have gluten in it". For reference, a lot of chocolate does have gluten. A second employee joined in and said that because they have over 250 rotating flavors that are made out of house, they do not have ingredient lists for all of them. Due to our familiarity with the laws because of our needs, I know it is legally required for food establishments to have a full and complete ingredient list available should a customer ask for it. It was clear that we weren't going to get ingredient transparency so we opted to get ice cream across the street at Allo Chocolate, where they were happy to pull up an ingredient list and even showed it to me. I would NOT recommend Divino Gelato Cafe due to this experience, especially for anybody who needs or wants to know what they're eating.
#Divino seems yo be a family business. I found it during my casual walk near River Front. Nice cozy spot yo hangout with interesting drawings on the wall including #AlexanderTheGreat enjoying the #icecream which was very motivating. The place has some very unique flavors. One thing I would mention that enjoy ambiance and the icecream than comparing the texture with original #gelato. Both are good icecream but different. I had a scoop of #RedValvet and #SeasaltCaramel; latter needs a bit better even distribution of salt. #travel #Waukesha #Food #Wisconsin

Sorry for the boldness but I have gone to this place in Waukesha and it does not have any good customer service as they show, I would never return to this place and I already wait for the comments of the business saying that it is not true but any business will speak well of itself so as not to lose customers, but even acquaintances and friends who have gone got a bad impression, as a suggestion to better train their employees for good customer service. Even on the website they try to make you look like a liar when we all have freedom of expression and opinion.

Whoever the girl was working there today (May 26th) around 3pm, needs an attitude adjustment. My family and I have never had such a rude experience. Lots of eye rolling and talking under her breath. My sister asked what flavors the macaroons were and the girl had a mini meltdown and was like âgosh, EVERY time!â stomped over to tell us. I think she was upset we were asking a question when she walked over to make a drink. Then my husband tried to tell her heâd like to order the same thing my brother did, and she yelled âONE SECOND!â And held her hand up. Pretty much everything we did, asked, or said she was rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath, doing everything she could to let us know she was annoyed. Finally, more customers walked in as we were paying and she was like âugh, youâve gotta be kidding meâ. She also charged us as one big order, when we wanted to pay separately, and when we corrected her she got visibly upset and annoyed. Overall just extremely rude and poor customer service. (Gelato was fabulous tho, and the place was cool).
