2/1/25 I got large hash browns. They tasted like burnt plastic. They cost me $5.79 and the portion size is not worth that cost. The oven must not be cleaned or properly maintained. I won't be going here again.

I ordered a caramel latte and was given caramel macchiato and was charged $8.00, called back and was told this is what I ordered. I don't drink macchiato's, don't give refunds very very rude and was hung up on! Never ever going there again bad customer service. Dunkin employee's there need to be taught how to talk to customers. Not even worth 1 star., need new owners.

It is a one man show early in the morning at dunkin, and the service is fast, kind, and fresh no matter how large the order is.
Every time I come to Dunkin my frozen drink is never blended properly. I take two sips and I’m left with a huge ice block. Uuuggggghhh😒😤😡😠🤬

This Dunkin is my Waukesha oasis. I go to this Dunkin when I need a break from the pressures of work, parenting, and other adult responsibilities. If I'm at this Dunkin, I'm probably about to lose my ever loving mind and their coffee is about to heal my soul.
When I show up here, my hair is a mess, I probably have bags under my eyes, and I might have even shown up to the drive through in my slippers. And you, kind person handing me my coffee, have made my frickin day.

Every time I come here they have everything ready for me as I walk in the door. The customer service is great. Favorite location I have been to. I told the person I would have to come back in to grab the rest of the coffees because ai bought a lot. He told me I'll bring some out to your car. Amazing customer service.
