First of all, I am a fan of Firehouse Subs anyway. At the two locations I go to regularly, the personnel are always cheerful and welcome me when I walk in. The subs are always perfect!

Placed a take out order- Medium Chicken Parmesan Meatball
Thought I would try a new place for lunch the other day and was sorely disappointed. Was not greeted when I walked in and it seemed like it was an annoyance that I was there. The manager (store manager possibly?) Was just chit chatting with some of the employees and not really helping while it seemed fairly busy. The food was okay, but the customer service just ruined it for me.

I LOVE this place! Their sandwiches are amazing. Their mac & cheese is incredibly delicious. They use white cheese instead of yellow cheese!! YES! Service was great. The facilities were clean. Parking is easy to find and access. Staff were friendly.

I gave it 3 out of 5 stars because we've had bad experiences the past 2 times with our online orders.First time our order was not correct. The online order was for one sub without lettuce and onions, but they didn't remove them. Another sub was supposed to have extra mustard and it didn't have any.Our second time ordering we placed an online order at about 3:30, for pick up at 5:25. We got there to pick up about 5:40 (actually later than we thought) and they had just started working on it. They said their ticket said pick up at 5:46. I don't know how that happened because when you place an order online the time frame is in 15 minute increments.... 5:10, 5:25, 5:40, etc. We finally got our order about 5:50, 25min later than we had scheduled. The staff was decent but didn't show concern about the discrepancy in times, and didn't offer to comp anything for this order or one in the future.

We decided to check them out because we never had before. That was a mistake. No one in line. Waited a good 5 minutes before they took our order. Waited 25 minutes for our food. They looked steady busy, but not getting slammed by any means. Anyway got our food, took it home. My wife's sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise and missing toppings. Mine was okay but also very heavy on the Mayo but not drenched. The meat looked and tasted over processed.We tried them, but won't be back.

Well.. I like firehouse. Hoping I caught them in a bad day. They were busy it was noon. I noticed everyone was waiting a long time. Some people that ordered after me were getting served. I sat there for 25 min to get the smokehouse. Normally it's a good sandwich but this was gross. I spent $15 and threw the sandwich away.. the staff was working hard but unfortunately I won't be back to this location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the brisket and cheddar sub, and it was outstanding! There was some misunderstanding on my part on using their app to oder using points I earned , but one of the staff, Isabelle, showed me how to apply them and made me my extra sandwich right away. My brother and I decided to dine in, and the lobby was clean and neat, and good background music, not to loud. Overall a pleasant meal. I will definitely be going back to have another one of their subs. Delicious!
