This location prioritizes online orders over walk-ins. They ask everyone who walks in if you are an online order, and if you aren't they tell you it's going to be a long wait. When I walked in there were 7 online orders, after waiting for 10 minutes to place my order, another customer walked in and they said there were now 9 online orders. During the 10 minutes I was in there they turned away all the walk-in customers.

Food and experience were good. Lady's behind the counter were very nice. The subs were very good- got the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub & Firehouse Hero Sub. 2 subs with 1 combo was $25. Place was clean and the workers were very helpful. The only things I didnt like- we sat at a table and there were fruit flies very annoying while trying to eat & I hate the pressure of tipping on the screen when paying.

This location is terrible. I have ordered a few times in the past year and each time something has been wrong. I can settle with a mistake here and there but this happens every single time. I got a sandwich once that was 2 slices of ham, cheese, and a ridiculous amount of banana peppers. My order today has no spicy peppers, but the lettuce is old. I'll order my sandwich elsewhere

Absolutely the slowest Firehouse I have ever been to in my life when I walked in I was told 10-15 mins one lady working up front and one in the back. I ordered then filled my drink and went to the bathroom. I came back out and then proceeded to wait for another 20 mins to get a sub about half way through the wait another lady came out from the back to finally help make some sandwiches. I can't believe how late these employees worked. I don't think it would be possible to slow down any more! Go somewhere else it was not worth the wait and employees moving at mach turtle.

Looks clean enough. Service was decently fast. Price is a lot for what you get. $29 for 2 medium subs 2 medium drinks and a side of Mac. I wouldn’t have minded the price if I received all the food I ordered. Mac n cheese was left out of the bag. Sandwiches were good but not anything special.

I usually order the Club on a sub sandwich. It has a great flavor over other subs I've tried. The pickle spear is a nice touch as well! I always round up my order to help subsidize first Responders. Their other subs are great as well.

We visited on a Tuesday at 11:30 a couple weeks ago. A sign on the door said they were closed until Noon due to staffing issues, but other people were inside eating and waiting in line so we went in. The first thing we noticed was all the flies, not sure what's going on there but it should really be addressed. They had two TVs but they were both off. There were three people working at the time but only one of them was making food (one was at the register and one was walking around not doing anything that we could see), so it took a loooooong time to get our order. We each ordered a regular sub, soda, and chips and the total was over $27. They are charging a premium price for mediocre food. I had high hopes for our first visit to a firehouse subs but it was pretty disappointing.

Ran by a horrible greedy and cheap owner and a very attention seeking "area manager" that created a toxic work environment and hired employees that cause drama and act very childish. The experience for working there was not enjoyable and ran by people with very huge egos that created a very uncomfortable and high anxeity experience . I would not work here if you're looking for employment and I should have or probably should sue this company based on many factors.

The flies you have around the register is crazy. Need someone in your organization to step up and take care of it. Your highly motivated employees did not seem to mind. Maybe that's why I perceive you are so slow. I lost my appetite and now I lost $12.00.Thanks Firehouse.

Love love Firehouse. Always a tasty fresh and good meal. Been to many across the states glad they all feel like home.Service is ok here. Staff aren’t talkative, sometimes so soft spoken you can’t understand their question. No your welcome. No thank you how was your meal.Again good is great but this sometimes leave me wondering if first time visitors would be turned off.
