Don’t know my waitress name but she been working there for 13+ years she Amazing nice friendly and not to mention the only server and still treated everyone equally. However the food was terrible I would’ve gave zero stars if I could.

AC broken. 86 degrees on one side. 82 degrees on other side. Employee said it's been broken for awhile. Unable to enjoy meal due to sweating profusely.
Bathrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper. No paper towels. Toilet not working. Lock on one stall broken.
Both male servers were GREAT.

Golden Corral used to be very good. Lately, it seems food quality has gone down. Bummer

Was Disappointed in the buffet as nothing was filled and was at least q0 minute wait for things.The manager Tracy came over n asked if I needed anything,told her yes there's nothing out here.She went in the back n lit a fire under the workers,buffet table was getting filled immediately.After that it was good.Bathrooms really need to be fixed up.

Contacted the corporate office. Manager doesn't understand safety and contamination protocols. Sweeping (without gloves) in dining area and went right into filling glasses with ice and soda.

I dine at 1673 Arcadian avenue in Waukesha every Saturday for last five years.
I would like to thank cashier guy for his outstanding services, very friendly, courteous, and always goes out of his way to make sure i had good dining dinner.
Also, I would like to think new manager, Sharon booth for her outstanding services, constant smile. She goes around every tables checking to make sure everything is going well. Always says good night. I have seen her boosing tables, taking trash , etc.. she dues everything

We had a great experience the first time we were there on June 23rd!! I'd give all 5 stars for that visit. The manager on shift was walking around introducing herself to everyone!! Super friendly and energetic. As was all the staff that day. Clearing our plates and getting refills for us! But my visit today July 8th 2025 was awful. Not really acknowledged by any of the staff except for the cashier. The desserts were lacking. Two employees more interested in talking to each other than putting more deserts out for the customers. Very disappointed. No one offered to clear our used plates or refill our drinks. There was one young man walking around spraying and wiping tables several were not even used while we were there. We had to stack our used plates on an empty table! To which the young man wiping tables seemed very annoyed about. But was sure to wipe all the empty tables at least 3 times. Not sure if we'll try again. Wish I could remember the young lady who was manager on June 23rd cuz I'd go back definitely during her shift!!!
