I work near the location and usually looove Jacks because they have the best soups and bread! Unfortunately, today it was not the same. The potato soup was terrible and tasted like something out of a cheap can. I'm so disappointed. If all you do is soup and sandwiches they should be really good and this time it was awful. (the bread was still good though)

Great historical spot for creative lunch fare. Look at the menu before going. No pub food here.

Amazing hidden gem. The building has to be one of the oldest in the area. Food is soup, salads, and sandwiches, but all unique and very tasty. Only difficulty is the hours, they are only open until 2pm. Highly recommend checking out this quaint little local restaurant.

One of my longtime favorite lunch spots from the past. I no longer live or work in the area so my last visit was at least 10 years ago. . But I knew Jack’s would be the best place to enjoy a delicious lunch and relaxing atmosphere with a good friend. A Pennsylvania native, she enjoyed the ambience and character of Jack’s. Excellent service, delicious food made it a perfect lunch spot. Definitely worth the travel time. It was like coming home!

Was a unique experience. Small eating area in a what seems like a small little community. B&B, antique store, restaurant. Owner lives on site in house at back of property.

We were in the area and what a hidden gem! Food was amazing, service was great, and atmosphere is one of kind.

Hidden Gem. Worth searching for. Very relaxing location on a homestead location that also features antique store and a bed and breakfast. The enchilada soup was excellent along side the killer bread which was good but had a bit much oregano on it for my taste but it was still really good. My friend had the chicken sandwich on oat bread with chives and she said the chicken was very moist and the bread very so good. We also had dessert - the lemon torte and almond cake - both excellent. Welcome break from the world and cookie-cutter food they serve other places. They seem to do a nice door dash business and are only open during the week.

This is a fabulous little café. I am going to recommend this to everyone! The food is unique and really great. I couldn't get a picture before I devoured my entire lunch.

Went there for a private event. Charming space ( but chilly). Food was very good. Staff friendly and attentive.

Cute hidden away lunch spot. Authentic antiques. We tried a variety of sandwiches and beer cheese soup. Jack's Favorite was ours of choice. You have to come here just for the ambience. Support small business and historic properties!

Very homesy. Good good, good service, a little pricey.
