What in the heck kind of operation are you running here? This location has become terrible. $28.50 for a sub, cookies, and drink but it's a pile of mayo and lettuce that I need to scrape off. Why are you making such sloppy sandwiches? Don't know if I'll ever return.

2/20, As our regular sub place I was just shocked at the service I received tonight. I walked in, had to wait to place my order. Got the slip, walked down & paid for my order. I did not get a receipt because I wasn't offered one. At the this time it was starting to get busy. The young lady working was more concerned about talking to her friend than about the rush. Now after waiting about 15 min. & people kept getting their orders, I finally went up to the counter & asked about my order. She asked if I had a slip, I said no you have it, I already paid for it. She pretty much accused me of not paying!!!! Thank goodness I had a receipt on my phone. The thing that bothered me the most I never got an apology. Very rude. I understand mistakes can happen, I worked in foodservice for 30 years. I have never had bad service before.

I placed an online order, showed up and there was a line of people waiting to order. I waited 30 minutes in the store for my online order. The long line did 2 full turnovers before they even attempted to make my online order, and they only started it after I asked several different staff members if my order was complete long after the time the app told me it would be ready. Even the 2 that appeared to be managers on shift had absolutely no urgency

A little surprised at the lack of service. Walked in and 2 people were cleaning but no one coming up to take my order. Finally, waiting patiently, probably too long... some come and took my order like 5 minutes later. Not what I'd expect when their hours are open until 9 and it was not even 730. Food was decent as usual. They're also looking for a lawsuit with the floors mopped and completely soaked and no signs at all. I get it, very hard to find decent employees these days. Obvious for this location.

They didn’t deliver my soda. I called and told them and they said I needed to reach out on my DoorDash app. I don’t have a DoorDash app. I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s app. They didn’t care. Come on guys! Is it too much to expect to receive all of the food I over paid for?

Went there at 8:30. Sign on the door and google maps says open to 9:00. Knocked on the door and the two employees cleaning up looked at me and then went back to cleaning up. Did they decide to leave early? Changed hours? We will never know since the doors are locked a half hour early. Thanks for nothing.

I would like to know WHY the tuna on Italian with lettuce tomato onion was drenched with liquid that the sub was soggy and the liquid was dripping down my arm... constantly dripping liquid on my plate and napkins VERY SMALL amount of tuna TONS of lettuce the Italian bread was drenched and soggy. Absolutely Pathetic. And this is not the first time. That is why I am leaving this review. I want to warn people. What bothers me the most is that I explained what happened the last time and asked if all of that liquid could be avoided. I was guaranteed yes. But again it was even worse this time. Like they ran my paid for sub under the sink. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM JERSEY MIKE'S SUBS ¡!!!!¡

Jersey Mike's is now my go to sub shop. I shouldn't eat wheat and they have gluten free rolls. Also love their Mike's way with the extras. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
