If you order wheat bread just understand that it will come with bread from a loaf… not actual sub bread. For a 20 something dollar sub delivered, was highly disappointed finding out it was a sandwich I could’ve made at home. Wheat bread at JJs means from a loaf not a sub, I guess.

Ordered subs last weekend. The sent me a sub with no meat or cheese in it and they missed an up-charge item on my wife's sub as well. Unbelievable that this kind of thing would happen, but here we are. Ordered a few weeks ago and the delivery time was 2 hours. We could've walked there, ate, and walked home and it would've been faster. I don't know what's going on at this store, but they need to step it up.

Absolutely unacceptable delivery times. Ordered via the app at 1:06pm, order said out for delivery at 1:23pm and now 1:51 still without delivery. For note I live less than two miles from the store. The store if unable to fulfill delivery orders should be pickup or in store only. Will not be ordering from here again.

Idk about this location, but I've been trying to get a refund from jj's all week for an order from Saturday that was incorrect, and have filled out 3 guest feedback forms, and have yet to get a refund, I just get one email back from someone, saying they're looking into it, and nothing about me getting my money back. If you order online, hope to God it's correct the first time

I don't normally leave reviews but I have been a regular customer of this location for a very long time. I ordered for pickup or delivery on average 2-3 times a week. Yesterday I ordered for pickup and this was in my food. I will not be returning or ordering here ever again.
