Good customer service friendly staff very welcoming clean location.

Can’t help but echo the rest of the reviews about this location. They can’t seem to get orders right if their life depended on it and they are painfully slow. Online orders routinely take over an hour to process and the employees have terrible attitudes. Stay away.

This is a horrible restaurant with a miserable crew of people who work there. I ordered a turkey Tom and before I even got to finish paying for it they put it together and threw it down on the counter from a distance and started asking the person behind me what they wanted. The sub was even put together like crap and a few days earlier I had a doordash order that they didn't even make the drink when it was on the ticket and again the food was crap last time I'm getting anything from there but what are you going to do when no one wants to work and they have to hire from the bottom of the barrel.

We placed an order at 1:13. It's 2:00 and we are still waiting. We called to check on the order and they said the driver left their location at 1:22. We asked if that means that the driver has been driving around with our food for 40 minutes and then she got very snotty about it. Not the best way to handle a situation that clearly isn't the experience you want to deliver.

Customer service was absolute garbage today. I get that people must call and complain all the time but not everybody calling is looking for a fight. I called to get the status of my delivery since it had been over an hour and the website wouldn’t update. A girl answered the phone with nothing but attitude and rudeness talking about “don’t you know what you ordered?” Like girl you asked for my order number and after I tell it to you, you proceed to scold me because that is not the same as your ticket number. Which how would a customer know that if the only information provided in the email receipt is just the order number. You never asked for any other information like name or phone number either. She turned a simple inquiry into a fight for absolutely no reason.

They now don’t use their own delivery drivers, they use uber eats instead. Waited an hour for one sandwich. Might as well get something better if you have to wait on uber eats anyway.

I used to order from this location frequently. They'd deliver my food fast, and I was almost never disappointed!

But unfortunately, things don't seem to be the way they used to. They will frequently miss instructions for sandwich customizations or forget items completely.

I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, like maybe they were just having an off day! But these problems were happening again and again. Sometimes, I'd place the order and request no capocollo, but find it on my sandwich anyway. Or I'd request to leave the bread in, only to find it scooped out. They've even forgotten to bring me a drink I ordered at least twice.

The food was alright each of those times, but it was always frustrating to be missing the things requested or, in some instances, paid extra for.

I absolutely can not recommend this location.

Yesterday, my office ordered from this franchise location. 3 out of 5 of us had food poisoning. I was on the toilet all evening. Before this, previous orders were light on cold cuts and shabby. Don't order the Jalapeno Chicken Wrap from this location. They don't even put fresh jalapenos in it. The cole slaw they stuffed it with was fermenting and not fresh. Jimmy John's should audit them for quality standards.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Ordered one with extra onions. There were no onions on it. Plus way to much yellow mustard. The sandwich was awful. Will not be visiting this site again.

15 minutes after ordering it says out for delivery. 15 minutes after that I get a text from Uber eats saying they're delivering my sandwich. Almost an hour after I've ordered Uber Eats is finally picking up my food from the restaurant. I have no interest in receiving food via Uber eats. Had I known that was an option I would not have ordered. Once Uber finally arrived they then made my order which was another 15-30 minute wait. Definitely won't be ordering again.

Umm, this is SUPPOSED to be a #2 (roast beef) sandwich. Can someone please help me find the roast beef? You had one job, seriously! Oh, and thanks for charging me for the chips and not putting them in the bag.
