This place is absolutely awesome! The staff are super friendly, and Joey himself makes you feel so welcomed. The food is great for the price and they even give you some complementary cookies and popsicles. If you are looking for a quick eat I would definitely suggest going to Joey’s diner. Great stuff!!!

Saw the great reviews online and figured I would give it a try. I was greeted immediately by the owner when I walked in. I ordered my food and had it in about 5 minutes!! Had the Mushroom and Swiss burger with Onion rings. Both were very good! I will be back to try other things on the menu!!

Nice little place to go for a quick lunch Joey burger is like a big Mac but much better tasting and cheaper even. Fries are perfectly cooked. We walked in at 1pm on a Tuesday and it was just after rush so pro tip show up late I guess!

Joey is very friendly. When he isn't cooking he is up front greeting customers and making sure they are satisfied and happy. The food was excellent. The atmosphere is a really fun 50's theme.
Everyone was extremely friendly and conscientious. All the staff and the owner seemed genuinely happy in their work. We thought they made a mistake at the end though when they delivered a milkshake to our table that we didn't order. Turns out it was no mistake, they gave it to us on the house!

My husband I and the Kids were out today and drove past Joey‘s diner. Seeing that it was full. We decided to stop in right from the start we were greeted and treated like royalty. All the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating Joey well Joey is Joey and created a experience of a lifetime . from the food to the atmosphere to the staff music on the jukebox and the prices, I don’t know if anyone can compete or create something better for the downtown area of Waukesha May God bless what he’s got going on there as he’s a blessing to all that eat there Joey and staff we will be back and will tell all our friends and family about you diner

Great place to eat! Cheese curds were fantastic as were the bacon cheeseburgers & fries! We 3 Cousins had a mini reunion in atmosphere that really fit us! The owner came by several times to check on things and was very accommodating. A very personable, welcoming business man.
