have to wait for over 20-30 minutes every visit. they will give you incomplete orders. do not come here unless you want to spend 30 minutes and not get your food!

I went to this location on 12/1/25 around 12:35pm to do a lunch run. When I received or let’s say how received the food as if I was a dog, the guy literally tossed it out so fast it made my food fall inside the bag!! Not only that he did not give me no paper towel or utensils!! Never again here for lunch!!

Food is good, but the service at this Waukesha location isn't. At about 4:30, I did an online order for a 12 piece to be picked up at 5:30. I arrived there at 5:35, and they didn't have enough original recipe chicken to fill the order. It would take an extra 18 minutes. 40 MINUTES LATER, I left with my online order. When I asked for compensation, all I was offered was a cake.

They took my money. Had me wait 12 minutes then told me i needed to wait an additional 15 minutes because he was to busy to get the order ready and they sold out of biskets after i watched 3 walk in people order and leave with full bags. Drive through here is the worst. There uber took preference over us.

I picked up food from them and noticed a leaking bag when I got home. They forgot to put lids on the mashed potatoes, gravy and Mac and Cheese. So obviously, it was a huge mess. That's a detail that shouldn't get missed. We ended up throwing away the sides.

The employees are eating on the job and barely came and checked the front end to make sure all the costumers were helped. None of the employees are wearing gloves or hair nets.

Wish I could give it 0 Stars Pl. was absolutely horrible. Went through the drive-through. They forgot my order went inside three people working that had no idea what they were doing. Six people in line. Everyone very angry.

By far the worst experience I have had. KFC’S have really become terrible. This location always has problems. From missing items, food not available, the service is atrocious. As a customer I have never received an order correctly. And the time to receive your food is just plain obnoxious. Should not take over 40 minutes. I experienced the same issues as a Dasher. After tonight, I will never return, ever! Quality of food is poor as well.
