Carefully review your order, If they are out of something they randomly substitute it as they wish without telling you. They don't seem to think that that is a problem when you call.

Service was terrible, it was busy though, just with online orders. My chicken sandwich was 2 tenders, wasn't worth the commotion. I'm not mad. Just crazy busy with online ordering. Inside could of been cleaned a little bit better. It is KFC though, these places are turning up scarce.

The place is a disgusting mess inside, the food got screwed up and the employees were rude after I asked for it to be corrected. I get it, it's KFC, so I don't expect much, but c'mon.

I have been buying the bucket special on Tuesdays for the past month. Every time the chicken is delicious. Service is slow when they first open for the day, at least wait times of 10 to 20 minutes waiting for chicken to get done, but later in the afternoon I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Since the food is good I plan on returning.

This place has been out of chicken or somehow unable to serve any chicken products TWO TIMES in the last seven days. Wouldn't be a huge problem, except for the fact that this restaurant only serves chicken!!!! Completely ridiculous, this place is a joke.
Despite being swamped with orders & short staffed, I got my food in a timely manner with a smile. The food was excellent. No one does chicken better than KFC!

Took us 20 minutes to even get acknowledged while waiting to order inside.They seem to only care about drive thru and mobile orders. So I guess if you want your food right away go to the drive thru. The food was alright, definitely not the best and the meals they have you can easily make at home. So just not worth the gas and money.
