This store usually sucks, and it's hit or miss of the lobby is open. Today, I had to unassign from my doordash order and hurt my average because they decided to randomly close midday :) From what I've heard they're a bad company to work for so I'm not surprised they're so understaffed. If you're looking for KFC, I'd drive on to the next location.

My online orders are always right and ready when I get there. The chicken wraps are so good!
Haven’t been here is who knows how long, I will only be back to get a refund for my missing food. Our order was missing a 20$ bucket of chicken, the chicken we did get was the wrong flavor, the biscuits were actually raw, and all of the food was cold.

Great food if you can get it. Half the time I have gone to eat here they are closed during peak weekend hours and have never been able to get them to answer the phone. Ever.So, you have to drive there just to see if they are open. Not exactly convenient. And not a good way to conduct business.

They closed early, and after we waited in the drive thru a few minutes (since we did hear a voice greet us), a man I assume is the irritated manager comes out to tell us that there is no one there, they are closed, and that it was an automated voice. He seemed shocked and annoyed by us.I'm not sure how we were supposed to know that they closed early and that everyone was gone. The lights were still on, and it wasn't closing time yet.

When you roll up at 645 on Friday don’t expect them to have food. They’ll laugh and give you an attitude and tell you it’ll be a “bit of a wait” and then when you say that’s fine they go “you don’t even know how long the wait is gonna be, it’s 45 minutes”. An absolute lie. Completely unprepared for dinner on a Friday if that’s the case. Why this business closes at 8 on a weekend makes no sense to me but it’s clear these employees just want to get out early so they didn’t prepare enough food so they can start turning away customers. Absolutely horrid customer service from the order taker at the window tonight. Won’t be returning.

Ordered a 8 piece family meal and this is what was in the bucket. Where’s the drum sticks, the thighs ect. All I got were 3 large pieces and a bunch of small unrecognizable pieces. Def not what I paid for.
