Came in tonight a little before 10PM to pick up a Hot and Ready pizza. As I entered the building, I was immediately hit in the face by a strong odor of burnt marijuana. The employee who came to the register had the reddest eyes I have ever seen. Based on the previously mentioned reviews of this location being slow, I suspect drug use is of higher priority than the job itself. Luckily they didn’t have any pizzas ready so it wasn’t awkward when I left and ordered Toppers.

Everytime i come here i regret it. Never again ! Why order 5 hours ahead each time FOR IT TO BE NEVER READY EVER i wouldnt have wrote the review , but i had so much time standing here i figured this would be my parting gift .

The sunset location in Waukesha is absolutely horrible. You wait at least 45 minutes after your order says it’s ready for it to actually be ready and the kid at the counter who can barely understand. You has the nerve to have a AirPod in on top of not being able to understand what you’re saying already !! I don’t usually Leave reviews, but literally every time I’ve been to this place. It’s the same thing.

Do not waste your time going to this location. They are ridiculously slow. I waited 45 minutes after projected time for pizza. When I arrived they said it was in the oven. Don’t believe them. Absolute waste of time. Would have left if they didn’t lie about it being in the oven. What a joke. Shut this place down already.

Employees are incompetent and rude. We placed an order for delivery. We were given the wrong food so I called the store to request the correct order, they told me there was nothing they could do and they hung up on me. Absolutely despicable, we will never be ordering from this location again.

When i entered the building, i asked for my pizza. I was told about 10 minutes. I got my order within that time. Their setup is nee where online orders are now separate from in house pick up. There are multiple registers to check out with now. Very nice and pizza is good too.
AWFUL! No one speaks English which means they are unable to communicate with customers. It takes over 20 minutes for the cashier to find then ring up an order as they cannot understand what the customer is saying. Terrible store...I will go 30 minutes out of my way to Muskego to avoid!

Placed my order at 5:09 didn’t get put into the oven until 6:51 then no more updates after that. Had to wait for 3 hours inside the building with about a dozen other people who were in the same situation as me. Several of us asked for a refund but were ignored by the employee. Wasted three hours of my New Year’s Eve waiting all to go home with no pizza and pissed off. This is the last time I will ever go to this location and I would highly recommend everyone to never eat here again.

COLD pizza! HORRIBLE service! Orderd for pick up. Waited 35 minutes after my pick up time and the dude brought out all the pizzas at once to the 3 people who where waiting there longer then me! Of course I failed to check the pizza before I left! Peppers were cold as if just taken out of the fridge! Cheese was hard and the deep dish crust was under cook and nasty. Dude WORKER even said sorry when I left! NEVER GOING TO THIS LITTLE CESARS AGIN
