Ordered an hour ahead of time and it still wasn’t ready by the time I came to pick it up even though the app said it would be ready. Terrible service and people would walk in and get their food before mine. Do better or at least make the app time correct!

This specific location is absolute garbage. Horrible quality of food, long wait times and terrible customer service is guaranteed EVERY time. They never have a single pizza ready during lunch time. All other LC locations stock up to prepare for rushes. Not this one. All workers literally can't speak a single word of English. They couldn't even give me my change! Just offered me dipping sauces instead. Not to mention, the pizza has a god awful smell to it. Can only assume it's due to them cooking the pizzas in dirty pans. DO NOT waste your money here. If you do, just remember I warned you. There's a reason this location has 2 stars.

We waited 30 minutes ledt came back and atill waited about 25 minutes before we even got to place our ordee then to top it ofd we got home just to see our pizzas had little to no sauce some spots on the pizza had no cheese on it ans some of the eztra cruse that ww got wasnt all the way cooked depending on the staff I can sometimes come and get a good experience and sometimes not however the staff waa nice just no communication from the cashier as far as saying ill be right there or popping up to the register periodically the ones in the back shouldnt had to come and say just a minute and the pizzas was messed up

Either closed during hours they say open or there's some issue going on inside. Tried going in to order and waited at the counter for 15 minutes while several others received their orders before myself and another customer were finally acknowledged. Then we were told that they have to close the store because they ran out of dough and had to make more. My guy it's 6:30 on a Saturday..
The last time my husband went in to order one pizza he ended up waiting for almost an hour with only one other customer in store. I'm not sure how this place is still open.

Finally an LC that knows how to properly make the Detroit Style pizza. Could have used a bit more sauce but otherwise nearly perfect. Caramelized edges, good ingredient distribution and cooked well done like I prefer it. I’ll def be back to this location.
