Whoever the lady is in the back making the pizzas was on her phone yelling at what I presume to be her child and when I got my pizza, I swear there was nearly 2 entire pounds of cheese on it and was not cooked thoroughly. Disgusting.

Worst customer service in all of Waukesha. No sense of urgency. Employees on phones and AirPods, talking with someone else while serving customers. Gave a one day notice for 30 pizzas and they were still an hour late. Likely because the person taking my order the day prior had no idea what they were doing. I placed another order for 30 more pizzas for the same day, later time but am canceling that order. I’m writing this while trying to cancel the night order and the employee has no idea what they’re doing. I just had to speak to her boss on the phone, who is now trying to teach her how to do a refund. There is currently a line of people who are getting no service because she’s on the phone with her boss trying to refund my card.
This location is in a rough part of town with rougher people standing in the parking lot and inside the store. There is often a long wait for your pizza and the employees are not normally very friendly. However some of the younger newer employees are significantly better!

I had a all cheese thin pizza and a pepperoni/ sausage thin pizza delivered today with two Mountain Dews and two Pepsi it was amazing thank you Little Caesars and thanks to the amazing employees that do amazing work we appreciate it

Can I give zero stars? I have ordered 3 times from this location, and 2 out of 3 times it has been terrible. The first time, I had to wait almost an hour past the time it was estimated to be ready to receive my order, but the pizza was good, so I figured everyone has a bad day sometimes, right? Since my 8-year-old, who is a very picky eater, was happy, I thought we should try again. The second experience was as expected; food ready on time, and pizza quality was as expected, so we tried a third time. Only to NOT have pizza ready when I received an email that said it was, which included a code to retrieve it from their warming ovens, only to find out that the code did not work. The employees were unavailable/unapproachable to inquire about the confusion, so I waited. I watched a customer place an order after this (at least 30 minutes AFTER my order SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN READY) and continued to wait. Nearly 30 minutes later, they finally let me know my order was ready. I quickly picked it up from the counter and left. While pulling out, I noticed the customer who placed an order at least 30 minutes after my order should have been ready was walking out of the store with his pizza. After arriving home, I discovered that our pizza was cold. I left poor feedback from the survey email I received after both bad experiences, and I did not receive any follow-up or offers to rectify the experience. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered pretzel pizza with cheese sauce with crazy bread and garlic parmesan wings. I got a normal pizza with cheese sauce, garlic parm wings had zero flavor and cold. Lol now left just to eat crazy bread for dinner, and called them was on hold 25 mins....still no answer. Do not eat or go here.
