This place should not be open if you can't find someone to run it properly! This is the 5th time I have tried to visit this place. Honestly the last, everytime I go the door is locked when it says that it is open. This last time I was going to spend about $60 in food but at 1pm you guessed it door was locked yet there were workers inside?? I dont understand how the brand can let this store be open it baffles me.

Terrible service, I stood waiting to order a pizza for more than 10 minutes, and nobody thought to take my order. Not so hot and ready…. I looked in the kitchen nobody wearing gloves wile making pizza, or a beard net, dis not look sanitary at all. I would pass on getting a pizza here.

Better pizza than other chains in my opinion....by a lot. However, yet again, they fail to actually be useful. Way late for an online order that should have been ready....and didn't provide any of the ordered sauces. I don't even care about the fact I paid for it.....I am just ticked off that 5 orders of breadsticks (with sauce) couldn't get at least 1 Sauce....disappointment for a group of kids looking for their dip. Sad that good help...or even average help....is this hard to find.

Accepted my online order but they’re closed at noon on a Wednesday. Guess I should’ve looked at all the other reviews. Can’t believe that corporate would let this store ruin their reputation like this, but clearly they don’t give a that this store is terrible. Pretty ridiculous and ruins the brands reputation. Store is also heavily branded. Thanks for wasting my lunch break.

We're better off not having a branch in this part of town, I don't know if it's management or there's just not enough people who want to work in this part if town. Nevertheless, this place is such an inconvenience, we come here because we want Little Caesar pizza, but it's a wild card because you don't know if they are closed or not, even when the have open hours.
If you are a Door dasher, avoid this location. I frequently have to wait for a long time. Tonight a manager, maybe, swore at a customer and told him to get out when there were children in the store. I complained to Doordash, Little Caesar's and here on Trip Advisor. I cannot sit and wait for more than 5 minutes when dashing or I am loosing money. The Corporate interface to Doordash has to be improved so the order is ready and in the pickup bin before the order is handed off to a dasher.

So I pull into Little Caesars thinking I can get a hot and ready pizza. There were no pizzas made when I walked in I was told it was going to be 7 minutes sat there for almost 20 minutes. Besides the fact that I had to wait five or six minutes for someone even acknowledged me when I was standing at the counter.

HOT MESS EXPRESS over here... I've had a gift card for almost 2 years and can't use it online for payment. I went in last night to order in person to finally get rid of this gift card. The lady says.... pick up or order? I said order and she immediately says oh it's going to be an hour to an hour and a half. We just got a bunch of orders and it's just the two of us. And then walked to the back, not even giving me the chance to decide. She also told me gift cards CAN be used online which is completely false. Their website specifically says that GCs have to be used in person. Needless to say, I didn't get any Little Cesar's last night but I probably avoided food poisoning so it's probably for the best. What a joke of a place.
