Amazing service! The manager Norma is so kind and was extremely helpful with our large order. Food is super delicious too!

Incredible food and service. I can't believe how nice the help is there. They are as nice and as helpful as any I've ever encountered. Their pizza is outstanding! It was a tough decision whether to buy a pizza or a family sized salad, so we bought both. We will feast for days now. I wish we had a Lou Malnati's restaurant near Madison.

Had a little trouble ordering on the app. Called and talked to Norma and she was absolutely fantastic to work with and was very knowledgeable. Pizza was fantastic and the workers are fantastic.

Well I think the pizza was just horrible, the crust was so so crunchy and overcooked!! And it's called world famous idk about this one though, i definitely prefer more local pizza places and the salad was decent but I would not go again.

We were running late for our order and when the worker brought it out for us she also gave us free cookies! We don’t know what her name was but it was on 6/11 at around 7:00pm! She was so sweet and we appreciate her kindness and patience with us so much! Thank you so much ma’am!

I have been to multiple locations and this one sticks out to me. The staff is always conversational asking about your day. They always treat my take out order with genuine care. Not to mention the quality of the food is great. Definitely recommend this location.

Great menu, including salads and desserts made up and ready to go. Chicago style thick crust is the feature, including ready to go, frozen. Also available is thin crust, and the low carb option of crustless!
Always tastes great, management is very helpful.
