Throughout our wedding planning process Javier was an asset through it all. Stellar communication and problem solving. He truly goes above and beyond to get the job done but done right and then some. Flash forward to the wedding day and he and his staff were phenomenal. The food was amazing and I had NUMEROUS guests say that was the best BBQ and food at a wedding they have ever had. Excellent clean up, customer service and efficiency. I would hire Javier and Low Rent BBQ for ANY event 100x over. If you want a stress free catering experience they are your people. Wonderful food and people. I am so thankful that he still did the food for our wedding even though our venue was being a pain. He did everything he could to relieve some of our stress that our venue was putting on us. And for that I am so grateful. 100% Recommend them. Hands down the best chicken I ever had in my life!
