Javier was very honest with us before we started and let us know that the food we'd be tasting that night was from an event they had the night before, and after my first bite....I thought he was lying, everything was AMAZING! The brisket, pulled pork, and chicken were all perfectly seasoned and the cook on them was perfection! We also tried various sides that he had to offer which made it really difficult to choose from because they all were so good. Clearly he made an impression with his food on us and our guests because on the night of the wedding the BBQ was the 2nd most talked about thing. Everyone loved the dinner to the point where, there wasn't even left overs for my wife and I to take back with us haha! The chicken, unsauced, was slow cooked for hours to such a juicy & flavorful perfection; a must try. The food was amazing first and foremost, but I wanted to specifically note Javier's professionalism and communications throughout the booking and leading up to the wedding. As a bride, and have never planned a wedding before, thigs come up all the time and you worry about annoying your vendors by sending 100 emails, but he was always very nice and helped me answer all my questions. I appreciate him pivoting a couple of times for me and accommodating a few requests that I had. It is so incredibly appreciated.

We had a party to celebrate my SIL beating breast cancer, and we wanted to do something really special! Low Rent BBQ did a whole pig roast, hot dogs, 3 sides (mac and cheese, coleslaw and cowboy beans) and cookies.
Every single thing was delicious! After the pig was done smoking, they gave us the opportunity to take pictures with it before they shredded it into pulled pork. They set up a food line and served the whole party; that was an unexpected, and an appreciated touch.
They helped to make a really meaningful day for our family even more memorable. Highly, highly recommend if you're looking for great BBQ and wonderful service.
