Drive thru visit on 9/8/25 at approximately 4:05pm. Got a big mac with no lettuce meal. Bread was stale. There was only one slice of cheese on the sandwich. Fries tasted hours old. Young guy at the pick up window had a scowl on his face and was not friendly at all. Completely terrible representation of how friendly staff are supposed to be. Tried calling and no one answered. Doesn't even have a voicemail activated

Went through to get food for my kids to enjoy at the park... they couldn't find our order at 1st! Then when they did some how the app didn't keep the specifics on thing like no tarter sauce in the fish sandwich but they did remake it for us but due to all the drama we didn't even get thr drinks! Main street do better! I will keep going to the West Ave location where service is better!

Ice cream machine was working and was greeted with, “welcome to McDonalds my sweet costumer.” Very good costumer service and ice cream was delicious.
They forgot my fries in my $5 meal. If the worker who barely spoke english would have checked my bag we wouldnt of had that problem

We had ordered 3 larger meals.. 2 being big macs on was missing a patty.. last was double quarter pounder both pattys werre old asf even though fresh to order hey? Tge sprite literally taste like toilet water.. McDonald's do way better fir 30 bucks BURGER KING IS BETTER AND CULVERS WAY WAY BETTER ... ON TOP that your fake azz ingredients lsck or respect an just think ya been around since the 50s it will always be that way.. respect your customers respect your employees and maybe things will change... THANKS AM GOOD LUCK

Ordered breakfast on the mobile app at 10:45 am ish. Still before breakfast cut off by the time I left and hit half the red lights on Les Paul I was 2 minutes past 11. Which yes I know breakfast stops at 11. When I gave her my code she said they couldn’t make it as it was lunch. So I asked why they didn’t start making the order when it came in. So, she then asked what time I placed my order. I didn’t look it up and thought it was around 10:30. To which she told me they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 which is a lie. First of all the app won’t let you even order breakfast if it’s past serving time. Second, your breakfast hours clearly state 5-11am. It’s one thing if you don’t want to make it, but don’t lie to me for your mess up. Guess I’ll be going to the McDonalds on Sunset for now on.

Place orders occasionally on the mobile app after work, I always get an extra patty on my burger and I pay the extra dollar , 75% of the time they never add the extra patty, it’s hard to read I guess, waste of money almost every time, this last time had to wait 20 minutes for my order for them to forget the extra patty and everything else it was just the patties and cheese. Last time I go to this location
