I love the cleanliness and atmosphere here, but that's about it. The employee Jodie M completely ignored me multiple times and gave poor customer service. I don't know why or what the reason behind it was, but I can tell that she is and has been trying her absolute best and she is doing a great job too! I just wanted to say hi and catch up but she acted like she didn't even recognize me.

The girl at the drive thru window was extremely rude. It was about 7:30pm on a Thursday if that helps management identify their disrespectful employee. Probably won't ever go back due to her poor attitude. Food was good though, which surprised me since I usually don't like mc D's

I often stop at a McDonald’s for breakfast and do a little work on my laptop. This is the second time at this location where I’ve come in and it was under 60° in the dining area. The thermostat is currently at 57°. I don’t understand what the problem is but It’s not a very welcoming place. Food and service were fine. No problems there.

I ordered through the mobile app. They only gave me one sandwich but charged me for two. I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't give me one because I was there a minute late. That was their excuse. Also, the person over the PA was very rude and didn't bother to try to help resolve the issue. I was a regular customer, but I won't go back there again. I know this doesn't mean much to a multi-billion dollar company.

Frappe machine broken for several days, always getting my order wrong, drove up the weekend and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 3 medium fries, a cheeseburger with ketchup only and 2 large Coke, got one double cheeseburger, a m double cheeseburger 3 lukewarm fries at best, tasted like they sat for quite a while, then there is an older woman who works there, cranky, smokes constantly, don't feel like ever going back to there
One of the better McDonald’s I’ve been too. Very clean, not too busy even on weekends, and the staff is quick, responsive and accurate!
