What can I say? It's McDonald's. I went there for that specific kind of comfort food, and I go there less than once a year. The staff working there the day I went were very friendly, which is always a big plus for me.

No one at counter woman was sitting at a booth on her phone. Man, don't know if it was manager went and told her to help us. She continued on her phone for a few minutes, stayed on her phone,texting all the way up until she got to the register at which time she didn't help us, went looking for someone else. And then came back to the register and finally took our money. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. What ever happened to customer service?

I went thru the drive thru, and when I gave my code, the.clerk thanked me by name. McChicken sandwich was reasonable, because of the code on my app. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and had just the right amount of mayo.

Staff this place correctly. Whoever was at the drive-thru really has a short tone, and was very impatient. I am not one of your staff, and we don't need to be rushed. If that's how I'm treated I can image how that staff is treated. Pay the right amount so you can fire the right people, and put the correct people in their positions. Stop screwing around. I ended up canceling my order because her attitude made me feel their food would be made in unsanitary conditions, by people who desperately don't want to be there. So I went to taco bell The superior of the fast food joints.

they told me they had no mobile order for me but as you can see i ordered ice cream at almost 8pm, from McDonald’s who is notorious for their “broken” ice cream machines. these people called me a liar as i showed them my mobile order from their location 😂😂😂 DO BETTER
