Brought in by an expired coupon, but that's our fault. It's been awhile and now I remember why. The food is hit and miss at this place. The staff is very nice. The garlic bread is the worst I've ever had. The regular bread was good. The lobster bisque tasted like chunky brown gravy with seafood in it. The lobster cannelloni that was on the special's menu was like a piece cut from an inner tube on top of rubbery pasta shells filled with seafood paste and other assorted rubbery seafood. Definitely would not recommend. My girlfriend's dish did not taste good to me either. We took a piece of tiramisu home that was absolutely amazing. I'd probably stop back for a drink and a piece of tiramisu. I can't afford to speculate about anything else on the menu. Oh, and they charge 3.5% to use a credit or debit card, something that's becoming more common with non chain restaurants.

They were able to accommodate a group of 10 with no issues. Food was great, as were the drinks. They were very upfront about the 3.5% credit card processing fee and it was posted in many locations within the establishment. I haven’t seen many Resturant’s in the area having this but from what I am seeing this may become more of a norm for Resturant’s. I would do back again, but with cash.
Every year for my birthday Michael's is the place I go. So far I have tried the seafood alfredo, baked mostaccioli with meat sauce, roasted wild mushroom ravioli, toasted ravioli, and the grilled chicken pesto. All of them have been so fresh and delicious. This is a phenomenal restaurant, and a personal favorite, you really do need to try it at least once.Prices are a little on the high side for some entrées but they are fair as you're getting quality food with good portion sizes.

Recently celebrated a family dinner here. Everything we ordered was delicious! If you’re looking for great food and service outside of your normal chain restaurant- this is it! Our server, Dave, was attentive and very kind. I was a little worried we had kids but turned out to be family friendly! Will go again when in the area.

So delicious! Our food and service was perfect. We went for Saturday dinner and everything we ordered was great. We ordered an assortment of plates and drinks. Will definitely go again when in area. Highly recommend!

We had a party of 12 for my birthday because this is my absolute favorite place to eat. When we arrived, we were seated in a very cramped corner with not enough room for our whole group. When we asked the hostess if we could add a table she was extremely rude and acted very inconvenienced. They moved our whole table which was fine but the hostess never spoke another word to anyone in our group and just continued to give us dirty looks. I was very confused by this as I’ve always had such great experiences here. The rest of the night was fine and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were just disappointed by the actions and most importantly the attitude of our hostess. I’m hoping this isn’t an ongoing problem because I would love to continue dining with you. Just a little skeptical about it now. Food was amazing as always and our waiter was the best.

Had not been here in years and were pleasantly surprised at what we had been missing. All of our dinners were excellent and staff was attentive. Portions were large and we all left with leftovers. We definitely will be back soon!
I used to love this place. It was my our special restaurant for our Anniversary and Valentine's Day but wow since COVID it is awful. The last time I was there was in 2020 and the food was bad, service was okay. I thought last night we give them another try. We sat down and we waited and waited some more. After about 10 minutes the hostess comes over and says our server was very busy and they were sending someone else over. While we waited we looked at the menu. For two people we would have spent easily $75-$80. It's a bit pricey especially for the amount of food you get (going off of my experience from last time). A salad is no longer included, an extra $4 for a salad. They also have a sign on the door 3.5% fee for use of a debit/credit card. We talked about going elsewhere but we are limited in Waukesha for Italian places. So... we waited for about another five minutes and no one came over, not even a drink order. A table of 5 or 6 sat down behind us and their server went right to them, no wait. My husband and I looked at each other, got up and walked out.
