manager does not respect customers at all. when people came into the restaurant for fundraisers, she would often argue with why they were here. up charges are insane, over a dollar for extra sauce. do not go here they are rude to all customers.

We had Noodles cater for our conferences. The whole experience from trying to figure out how much and what to order to the young staff who delivered (perfectly on time!) and set everything up was fantastic. We are so pleased! Thanks to everyone! We'd definitely have you cater in the future!

Wish they had more add in options and different sauces for vegans. But overall still a staple.
After not being at this location for awhile I thought I would give it a try. Was there 12/18/24 around 6:15pm. Ordering was quick, food came quickly and food was okay. Little sauce was on the chicken Alfredo made it taste plain. Japanese pan noodles were loaded with broccoli and would have preferred more noodles vs vegetables. Will go back to the Delafield location where they are honest and would stick with the menu. Two stars only and that is a stretch……enjoy the $$$

Quality really seems to have gone down. Ordered Alfredo and the sauce was very runny and had very little flavor. This seems to be the case a lot late with the Mac and cheese as well…paying $1 for extra sauce that is runny and flavorless is a waste.
