Very impressed with the speed of the operation. I've started grabbing a coffee for the morning and a plain iced tea for the afternoon, and like that I can order with skim milk. I normally prefer iced drinks, but the espresso leads with rich fruity notes, and I imagine the automation is why the flavor is never bitter. I really hope they bring back the Churro Latte, but my wife and I have been obsessed with the Maple Spice Latte lately
Vegetarian options: Oat and Almond milk are clearly listed and universally available as a milk option for all drinks containing milk
Kid-friendliness: They sell hot chocolate and other non-caffeinated beverages at a price that justifies including them on your coffee run

I’m shocked this has so many great reviews. I ordered a dirty iced chai and it tasted like watered down cardboard coffee. My husband got a hot maple spice latte. His was at least decent, but definitely not good. 2 stars because it is cheap.

Been here twice. Very interesting place. The taste of the different drinks I got don’t taste quite the same as any other coffee shop. There’s too much or not enough of the main ingredient.

The speed and convenience of this place is going to set a new norm in the industry when this business model catches on. I've been going here a few weeks now and the longest I've had to wait was 2 minutes, and that was only because there were two cars in front of me and the car at the window must've been setting up the app (I really didn't mind, because 2 minutes isn't much, but for those wondering there are parking spots off to the side for those who want time to look through menu options, which are on the app). Anyway, most days I get my coffee in 5 seconds. I open the app when I leave for work and make my purchase before I start driving, I leave the app open so that it knows my location (it will start making the coffee when I get close), I get a QR code image on my phone as a receipt, and I show the scanner when I pull up to the window. One of the bay doors opens immediately, and there's my coffee. It is always the perfect temperature too - not too hot to drink, but hot enough that I sip it. I've had multiple varieties, and they are all delicious.

Just tried the Iced Turtle Cold Brew, it is DELICIOUS! It's sweet but not too sweet and the coffee is not bitter (like Starbucks)- I'll definitely be back as it's a new favorite. The ordering was easy, the timing perfect as there was a customer ahead of me.
