I found at this location you have to go inside to know what is fresh BEFORE ordering :) For some reason, they tend to be the worst location with freshness that I have experienced. The last two times have been good experiences only because I could see what was just made and not sitting or almost gone. The chow mein is my favorite, nothing special to it, but I like it better than their rice options. The new spicy orange chicken is delicious when made fresh, not sitting. The flavor is good and it's not too spicy. The chicken and string beans is also good when it hasn't been sitting for too long, same for several of their other dishes. The most recent visit, the restaurant was clean and didn't have dirty tables and soda station area of clean and stocked full. The manager making orders was super friendly, kind and didn't rush you. The hot food was all fresh at this visit, it was around 2pm so not during a busy time.

Every time I come to this location, they always tell me 15 minutes for whatever I want. Unless it's rice or noodles I like Panda Express, but this place needs new management fast.

Good food, when I got inside to order... The food was in short supply and not one person making more, didn't have any deserts like advertised on commercials I have seen.

Food is always good.
Wait times are normally minimal.
Can't ask for much more from a drive thru

For some reason, this is probably the worst location I’ve ever been to. Food is always disgusting old and cold. Also the portion size will be very skimpy here. I am done coming to this location.

They forget the teriyaki sauce for the chicken, Every. Single. Time. Drive thru, delivery, pick up. I never get my teriyaki sauce. I always forget why I dont order from there and am always reminded, because I never get my sauce. Ever. I dont know of they are low, or if they are out every single time, im not sure. Its just a huge annoyance.

Ordered online 45 minutes ahead for a noon pickup and when I arrived at the restaurant, they only had 1 thing cooked. Was waiting with 6 other people. Ultimately left without food after 15 minutes to get back to work.
Went through the drive thru, was told to go park and wait, waited almost 15 minutes before going in to get my own food. All employees but 2-3, standing around with 1 customer getting their food before me. I go through a drive thru for a reason, not to wait and then STILL have to walk in myself. Will be choosing another location.

This location needs new management. Very disorganized, the floor was sticky, and they shorted me on the entrees compared to other locations I’ve visited. Not very impressed with this location. I usually love Panda, so this wax a surprise for me.
Update: April 26. Fundrasier with Whitestone Warriors and food is just fantastic! Great staff. They were so much fun. Must go!
Horrible food and presentation. Obvious it's a chain. Such a shame. Money wasted
Closing doors 30 minutes before posted closing time. I watch 3 people attempting to pick up their orders and staff wouldn't even answer the door.
Ordered, and they said they aren't making anymore chow mein for the day. Well within normal business hours, pretty weird.
I usually have a pleasant time at this location. Tonight on this particular evening (today) I came in to redeem my bday reward. The young girl on the register was refusing me to use my bday reward without buying something. It does not say that on the coupon. She insisted. It’s just me, I did not need anything else. After she gave me enough attitude and no one else in store knew.. I tried to order through the app. Sure enough, no purchase necessary in order to redeem birthday reward. What would be the point of a loyalty bday meal, if I had to buy something else. The young lady needs to be not only retrained on your policies, but also on how to treat a customer. Her snickers on my way out were uncalled for.
