They forget the teriyaki sauce for the chicken, Every. Single. Time. Drive thru, delivery, pick up. I never get my teriyaki sauce. I always forget why I dont order from there and am always reminded, because I never get my sauce. Ever. I dont know of they are low, or if they are out every single time, im not sure. Its just a huge annoyance.

Ordered online 45 minutes ahead for a noon pickup and when I arrived at the restaurant, they only had 1 thing cooked. Was waiting with 6 other people. Ultimately left without food after 15 minutes to get back to work.

Went through the drive thru, was told to go park and wait, waited almost 15 minutes before going in to get my own food. All employees but 2-3, standing around with 1 customer getting their food before me. I go through a drive thru for a reason, not to wait and then STILL have to walk in myself. Will be choosing another location.

This location needs new management. Very disorganized, the floor was sticky, and they shorted me on the entrees compared to other locations I’ve visited. Not very impressed with this location. I usually love Panda, so this wax a surprise for me.

I usually have a pleasant time at this location. Tonight on this particular evening (today) I came in to redeem my bday reward. The young girl on the register was refusing me to use my bday reward without buying something. It does not say that on the coupon. She insisted. It’s just me, I did not need anything else. After she gave me enough attitude and no one else in store knew.. I tried to order through the app. Sure enough, no purchase necessary in order to redeem birthday reward. What would be the point of a loyalty bday meal, if I had to buy something else. The young lady needs to be not only retrained on your policies, but also on how to treat a customer. Her snickers on my way out were uncalled for.

It's fast food. In theory, at least. It's all overpriced at this point but it satisfies a need and you know what you're getting when you go to a Panda Express.
This location, however, can be quite slow. Case in point, I came through the drive-thru and was asked to pull around because my order would be 5 to 7 minutes. 20 minutes later, I went inside to ask what was going on and they informed me that, while they were waiting for the item that was going to take 5-7 minutes, they sold out of one of the other items I had ordered and had to make it fresh.
That's just bad service and poor organization. I'm now writing this review at 25 minutes and my food still hasn't come out the door. Other people have literally walked in the door, gotten their food, have eaten and are now leaving the restaurant while I'm still waiting for my food.
I won't be back.

They kicked us out at 11:25 after we walked in and the manager with braces said it was drive through only, we went through the drive through and they said they weren’t open until 11:30 instead of telling us after we went inside. Googled it and the store hours are 10am-9pm. Never coming I’m again horrible people skills and did not provide accurate information for store hours or service.
