Turned away twice months apart an hour and a half before close because "it's close to closing and they're out of stuff" I imagine they could make more food they just don't want to. Very dissapointing.

It's incredibly frustrating that the doors are almost always locked when I try to visit in the afternoon or for dinner. Even when employees are clearly working inside, I'm forced to use the drive-through. Personally, I'm hesitant to buy food that I can't see beforehand, especially not knowing how long it's been sitting out.

Fried rice was hard.
Chicken was hard and hardly any in the dish.
I didn't feel well after eating my meal. ?

Easy on-line ordering & friendly service, but my first visit attempt to use gift card failed.

Although they were short staffed, they made the customer experience very pleasant and it really did seem like they were super stressed from all the work but they still greeted us with a kind smile. ?

I took my girls here after a trip to the zoo. The food is always delicious and fresh. There are comfortable booths, and they have free water. After buying a couple different entrees, my littlest was upset that options seemed too spicy. The staff there was amazing about it and made recommendations that worked, and made sure my child had something to eat--beef and broccoli. We all love their cream cheese rangoon and fried rice! My eldest and I love their orange chicken and super veg mix. It's so good. Ask for chopsticks for extra fun eating with kids!

Fried rice has no flavor, it’s always dry and under seasoned.

The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my life. I got the original orange chicken with rice and it tasted like I was eating a piece of stale white bread. No seasoning. No love. No hope. If I could give 0 stars I would
Not worth the money----basically a bowl of rice with very little meat put on top----I couldn't believe the amount of time the guy took to make sure the top had meat on top of the big bowl of rice--but have the tiniest extra piece---he actually put about a half inch piece that was left in the scoop back in the tub----much better value at other places

6 star service. Immediately helped us, friendly, had what we wanted or fired it as necessary (highly recommend their apple pie rolls!) even close to closing. Thank you for ending our weekend on a high note after a long day traveling!
