Nothing like waiting 15 minutes on string bean chicken breast while your order gets forgotten about because the clowns working there are too busy gossiping and talking about Netflix shows….. terrible establishment. After I walked up to the counter they realized they completely forgot and never even made my order. Buyer beware. Worst Panda I’ve ever experienced.

Havent been to a panda in a while and was excited for the orange chicken, but was honestly weak. Chicken dry and slimy, low mein dry and no taste, fried rice tasted like the white rice with vegetables. Sad probably won’t go back to panda anymore

I ordered the string bean chicken and it was cooked perfectly! The beans were fresh and had a crisp to them, just as I like. Chicken was cooked properly as well. Whoever is cooking today - well done! Service was quick and friendly.

Guy working the drive thru at 730 pm on Oct 21 was completely out of line and rude. What do you want? Is what he says when you pull through. When he hands you your order, he shoves it in your hand slams the window. African American Male tall. Age 20's.-30's. Not cool.

Whats actually the point of getting teriyaki chicken when they don’t give you the sauce?
This has happened multiple times… smh its literally called teriyaki chicken!

Amazing customer service! My receipt says Theejutha T, but whoever was taking orders was amazing and impressed me with how efficiently they were able to enter in my order, especially since I was in the food industry (also taking orders) for over 3 years previously. 👏🏽👍🏽🌟

Was the only one in line. Had no orange chicken or the sesame green bean chicken. Only 2 people working. Manager wasn't helping much to thr other employee. She said it would be 6 mins for the orange chicken so I waited. And didn't want to wait another 10 mins for the other chicken so I got crab rangoon. Sat down to eat and the rangoon was mushy soft and didnt taste right. I took it to the small Asian manager and told her it didn't taste good and was mushy. I said I don't want that again
I said just give me chicken teriyaki instead. And she never apologized just said she can't do that. I said yes u can. I ordered a plate amd want to switch the side. It's not that hard. She just gave me attitude and no apology. She definitely should not be a manager.
