Update, getting a bit pricey like everything else and portions seem to be smaller. Regularly got a salad, now the dressing isn't enough, doesn't seem to have the same appeal anymore. Always under staffed and slow service. Asking for a tip when I order online, then come in and pick up, dont like that

I do not recommend this location. Both times I have been here I have waited insanely long to get my food. 30 minutes in the drive through and when dinning in, it was an hour. There were several people going up to the counter getting refunds for the wait.

I was charged $38.69 for food I never got after cancelling my order less than two minutes after placing it. The Panera website says a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup is $8.59 and a brownie is $3.99, but Uber Eats tried to charge $10.79 per soup and $4.99 per brownie, plus a $20 delivery fee — even though I pay for Uber One, which should give me free delivery.
When I cancelled right away, the app said it was successful but then claimed I still had to pay “to compensate the restaurant.” Now I’m stuck filing a credit card dispute just to get my money back.
Customer service doesn’t take phone calls anymore, and the chat bot refuses to refund anything. Absolutely ridiculous — charged in full for nothing. Avoid this Panera until they fix their pricing and refund policies.
