Absolutely ridiculous expensive. After ordering. I'll never come back. Highway robbery. I don't care if they lower prices. Noway will I ever come back.

Panera employees what on earth are ya’ll doing?
I came tonight- ordered dinner for 4, plus 4 bakery items. Got all the way home. Missing all 4 bakery items. Soup was cold, bread was hard. Mind you I picked up the order the minute it alerted to me that it was ready. Those soups have always stayed hot on my way home cuz it’s not a far drive. I’m thinking they have the temp for the soups set lower than usual which is just asking for food safety issues. Drove all the way back to get the missing bakery items. I blame myself for thinking you’d be competent enough to see 4 items needed to be packed. You guys gave me 3 items and still forgot the 3 pack of Macarons. Honestly at this point I’m just good on eating at Panera. Paying $60+ (and giving you a tip) for food that gets messed up twice in one night is enough for me to be done eating here for good. I used to order here on a weekly basis. That ends today.

Ordered a carryout from here tonight and I was worried about the food quality as so many reviews are negative about that but the food was good, fresh and packaged properly. However they left out the bags of chips and the baguettes that come with the sandwiches so that is extremely irritating especially when it is your only meal of the day. Sick of getting ripped off from these companies....how hard is it to get everything in the bag for a carryout order???

We ordered using the app because there was no one at the front, The email said the food would be done in 13 minutes, it actually took 36 minutes for the food to be done. We had to clean our table and other 4 person tables had broken seats. The portion sizes were small for the price we paid.

Yuck....restaurant has never seen a cleaning...we washed our own table. Restroom was horrendous....dirty...no toilet paper....gross wet roll of paper towels on sink ....for the price point of almost hot food I expect more .....
Delivery always takes way long than projected at time of order which is extremely frustrating especially at dinner time with kids. Food tastes fine normally

It's a freaking joke that they can't even have a single employee working the front to watch for customers that don't want to use the stupid tap to order system.
Customer service is a joke considering there is no service of the customer it's all self-service.

The last three times I placed an order online, two times the order was incomplete or wrong. Last time I placed the order I received a call 25 minutes later letting me know that what I ordered they don’t have it. Unreliable App and service. Not recommended.
Not sure what is happening at this Panera, but it feels like it's becoming the Burger King across the street.
Went there yesterday, waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and got up to the speaker and were told it was going to be another 25-30 minute wait. I was ordering one bagel.
We left the line. Went there last week as well and the wait times are extremely long.

Absolutely horrible customer service.
We had went there during a slow time. I had ordered a “you pick two”, and my grandma had ordered the rustic baked potato soup. The taller gentleman with a beard who had taken are order made it seem like we were an inconvenience for ordering our food with him. After we got the food my grandma said that the soup tasted a little funny and maybe it was the cheese. She stopped eating it and decided she wasn’t having lunch because it made her feel sick. She did not complain, or go back to the counter whatsoever.
When we went to put our dishes at the trash area, the same man that took our order was changing garbages. My grandma made a comment to him that it was not good soup, and she also did not know it had cheese on it. He looked up and said “well next time I’ll put no cheese” in a sarcastic tone. She moved on. I went to use the bathroom before we left and when I came back out I could hear this man telling someone in the back about how weird my grandma was. When he walked to the front I looked at him and said “really? We are still here. We can hear you talking about her. She didn’t ask for a refund or for you to do anything.” He said whatever and rolled his eyes. I asked to speak with his manager. When I spoke to her and tried explaining the situation. She kept cutting me off, telling me she already told him not to talk about customers and that she was already handling that.” My grandma stepped in and just said “you guys should let people know if there is cheese on something now”. The manager said it actually says that on the menu, turned around to look at the board and said , “oh maybe it doesn’t”. The manager herself had long brown hair, and septum piercing, she was extremely rude. I’ve been a manager. Your job is to listen to understand. Not speak over a customer.
After we left it was not more than 30 minutes that my grandma felt extremely ill, and needed to cancel the remainder of our plans to go home. My grandma is now back home getting sick from what she ate.
Overall wouldn’t recommend. When you have a bad manager, who doesn’t care about their customers, you’re going to have crappy team members who also don’t care about their customers. And on top of that, a sweet lady who was just saying it would help for other customers to know something, is now home physically sick.
Will not go here again. Absolutely terrible all the way around, and the manager couldn’t of cared less.
Update: I spoke with my grandma who is extremely ill. We are at 7 hours later, and she told me the soup was extremely sour, which is why she lost her appetite at the restaurant, and even said anything to the guy. She thought it could make others sick.

Good food and service. I’ve been here tens of times and never had any complaints. I’m also one to customize all my orders, and it’s never been messed up.
