I was seen right on time and was met with a friendly nurse .
Biggest problem is your foreign scheduling call center. I have metal in my back and I couldn't understand what I was being asked. After I told the person I had metal they had to go back and change it because I didn't understand the 1st time they asked. I knew the scheduler messed up and told the CT tech. And she moved me to a different machine, I had to do the schedulers job. If you get a foreigner and can't understand just ask for an American or it could cost you money, time, energy and patience.
Rebecca Hendrickson was great. Great personality and a joy to be around. Sad that I only see her once a year.
Dr was very reassuring and explained method of treatment to My understanding.Would recommend highly
Bailey and Evelyn was amazing.
Dr Taylor is without a doubt, the best Dr I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. (Pleasure, Dr, yup kinda funny) Time to care for my needs. No hurrying. No stress. Just an all around gracious person (Dr), caring for my medical health.
The young lady that did the CT was Great . Friendly and knowledgeable!
Pulmonary dept. The wait time was short I was taken early. The office clerk was not welcoming, she asked my information she wasn’t even looking at me I didn’t even think she was addressing me. The pulmonary tech Caroline K was wonderful , excellent personality very knowledgeable explained everything and answered all my questions all the while making me feel very comfortable. She personified what Prohealth stands for excellence and quality care
All I want to say is that I've had nothing but the best care I could ask for at Pro Health. Most friendly, family oriented staff and have to include, that you feel very comfortable with including saying whatever's on you mind.
My review is for the billing department. I visited the ER about 10 months ago. They asked me if I could pay the copay at that time. They couldn't read any credit cards,. so I paid with a check. When I read my bank statement several weeks later, I realized they took out the copay twice. They had entered the check manually and electronically. The billing department wouldn't do anything then, so I had my bank reverse one of the payments. Then, about 6 months later, I received a NSF notice on my statement on MyChart that I owed the copay. How can you have a NSF after that long? I made many follow up calls. I sent copies of bank statements (by fax and in the mail). There wasn't a response from them. Eventually, the patient advocate office did respond, but the charge wasn't reversed. The insurance company, also, tried to help, even thought it wasn't their responsibility. After more calls and doing a 3 way call with the bank, the charge was finally reversed (9 months later). I hope nobody else has to experience this with them. It was very aggravating and time consuming.

Doctor Fiore And the staff at Prohealth Pain Management Center provide Extremely effective care. They explain everything in ways that a person can understand.
Waited overlong for a 5-8 min. visit. Dr's accent and softness made impossible to hear. No culture/labs ordered to confirm infection gone. Henry is amputee; cost of van trip is expensive. This appt was a waste of time/money.
Dr. Noto was excellent in determining the best treatment plan for my specific situation. He and his staff were friendly and showed they were interested in you as an individual and working with you to resolve your issues. Dr. Noto is extremely competent and has helped me gain back more quality of life.
