The buffet is back! The pizza was hot and fresh. This was a great choice for a quick lunch. The employees were attentive to the buffet and the diners. Glad to have the option back in the neighborhood.
Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience ordering from here. Was told that they had one last crust and therefore had to cook the sausages separately in a bowl!? It sounded like rocks rolling around in the box and was impossible to eat. The end product was like eating a cracker. Music at the establishment was not family-friendly. Ended up throwing away and eating elsewhere, upsetting.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this makes an exception for the horrible service and wait times! I ordered a medium cheese pizza with 2 orders of breadsticks, with 2 two-liter sodas. One being Mountain Dew, one being a Crush Orange. Doesn’t seem like a big deal right? This was for me and a friend.
Ok, so, I got a delivery time for 6:25 PM and expected it around then, estimated delivery wait time said 20-30 minutes. Alright no problem, but tell me WHY I was waiting nearly 15 minutes looking at both entrances at my apartment and no one was there. I was waiting out there and I had to use the restroom downstairs.. and they call me 3 times while I was in the BATHROOM mind you, I’m not calling anyone when I’m in the bathroom… plus my friend was also busy with preparing the table while I was waiting and had my phone with me.
I look again (both entrances, I live in an apartment) and still no one there. So I’m now irritated and decided to call them, asking where my order was. The guy on the phone had a bit of an attitude with me. Like sorry that I’m not calling right away because I’m doing my business and not waiting on you because y’all can’t deliver my order on time.. and it was over them not having a soda I ordered like advertised. Then WHY IS IT ON *YOUR* MENU?! Take it off then if you don’t have it nor sell it!! They gave me another Mtn Dew but a TEXT about that would have been helpful so that way we don’t waste time!!! They should of just refunded bc it tasted stale in the end…
15-20 minutes later my order gets here while the driver tries to pass my apartment. Had to have him turn to the right direction outside.. He hands me my food and has me sign, and then proceeds to get me to tip. Um excuse you?? Are you kidding me???? I don’t tip for poor service! Let alone you pointing at the paper and begging for it because y’all can’t do your job. 😭💀 The order was expensive enough I’m not tipping you after the bullshit y’all put me through over a pizza delivery.. I even asked the person after he “explained” to me why they didn’t have the soda and didn’t refund me. And he said it’s a “global website thing” or some bullshit like that.. I know that ain’t true because I place the order at THAT specific location and they had that ON THEIR SITE, NOT the one on Sunset. This is false advertising guys, you know that right?! if y’all don’t like your jobs just say that-
After that was over, grabbed my stuff with a disappointed look of both mine and my friend’s faces. And we walked all the way upstairs, and the food was not fresh at all.. breadsticks had been just sitting out just heated up and the pizza was already getting cold by the time we started eating it..
Terrible TERRIBLE experience. I will be speaking to Pizza Hut corporate about this experience sometime this week and WILL get my full money back. DO NOT order from here! This is coming from someone who BARELY does any reviews, unless the experience is as bad as this one.
Just go to the one on Sunset!! Skip this location by all means!!!

The new manger of this pizza hut is awesome. He is friendly and does what he can to accommodate all of our requests. I would highly recommend this place if you like pizza hut pizza.

The food was extremely...ok... the service was actually great. The inside was quite dirty though. Dirty enough to actually deter me from going back.
Always friendly when I walk in to get my pizza. I love their breadsticks and pizza crust. So buttery and delicious.

You need to put up a sign somewhere saying you don't offer full service. And if you do have one, make it more visible because I didn't see anything. Employee inside was incredibly rude. I would've ordered takeout but Gross, don't want someone that rude making my food

Ordered online contactless, where they bring the pizza out to your vehicle, on at least three separate occasions. Every time they would ignore us and pretend our vehicle wasn't visible through their window. Once an employee even brought someone else their Pizza out to their car before our family, even though we had been waiting longer, stating "don't worry you're next" before promptly walking around the side of the building and lighting a cigarette!! Another time they hadn't even started making the pizza while their "pizza tracker" told us we had 20 minutes before we even got in the car to drive over. We arrived a few minutes after the pizza timer told us the pizza was "ready." Then waited in our vehicle, in the pickup location, for almost half an hour. Had to call the number for the restaurant to let them know we were here to pick up our order. He said it would be at least 10 minutes because the guy was getting the toppings on now!
If you use the app at all, the employees at the store do not know how to track online orders to get them out on time, based on our experiences with this Pizza Hut location!
They really don't care about their customers here!

So bummed...grew up here and this restaurant was here since I was a kid...was in town visiting and wanted to take my kids to the old hangout when I was a kid and have some Pizza Hut pan pizza. Only to find out that this location no longer allows dine in eating, only pick up or delivery. So disappointed, but the pizza was very tasty and very quick, so there is that.
