I have been waiting for 30 MINUTES for a STUFFED CRUST PIZZA and MELT i am not happy. This blonde chick got her pizza like TWENTY MINUTES before us AND SHE GOT HERE AFTER US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not happy. Be faster. Gotta get home 2 the kids. Bad vibes.

My family decided to try the Pizza Melts and ordered four of them. It was unexpected that the Buffalo Chicken style one would have zero obvious Buffalo sauce- just chicken, onions, and cheese. Just to be sure, it was sampled. No problem, we happen to have some Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo sauce on hand.The app I used to place my order didn’t have a way to provide feedback, so I called to say that there was just 1 thing missing from our otherwise perfect order. The person who answered my call took a long-winded pause and said “Oooooookaaaay?” when I said that I was just calling to give feedback, followed by another long pause. When I finally described the issue, it was contested by saying there actually is buffalo sauce beneath the cheese (it’s not) and they personally did it themselves. I insisted that I’m holding it and looking at it that very moment, and the response was basically “Oh, well.” As a customer not looking for a refund or a freebie, just a promise to pay attention to detail next time, it was a frustrating waste of time.

Hands down the best Pizza Hut I've ordered from! Food is ALWAYS FRESH, staff is always friendly, there is never a problem having to wait for my food. I've had the best pizza with this location.. an I mean pizza so good you don't stop eating.But whoever is working today should be fired. It's not hard to read a ticket light sauce extra cheese. Let's not forget how much extra chz cost now.. so to get the opposite makes me livid. An my pizza not even cooked $50 down an still hungry. Oh an the cheese bread is just bread butter an a table spoon of cheese. Disappointment entirely from what I've gotten in the last 2 months.Makes me want to find out who is cooking today so I don't experience their sloppy idea of pizza in futureAnd I would not have minded waiting till 345p for my order to been cooked how am I eating cold pizza my food ha
