This location used to be good and no issues but the past two times were ridiculous. Did curbside pickup for both times and the first time, the worker came out with only half my order and seemed annoyed that they had to go back inside and get the rest. Most recent time, I was waiting in my car for at least 10 mins for them to bring it out. Finally brought it out and they gave me one giant pizza box - I was confused since I ordered two personal pizzas and cheese breadsticks. Come to find out they put all three together in the one box. I have been getting Pizza Hut for years and never saw this. Were they out of all the other boxes? Or just being super lazy? Worker acted like it was no big deal. They also forgot my soda too. Probably not going back to this location anymore after these most recent visits.

My girlfriend warned me about this place. I should have listened. This is not only the worst Pizza Hut but the worst Pizza restaurant I've ever been to. Change management, fire everyone and hire employees who actually care about customer service and treat people with manners and respect or, just shut it down for good. The pizza was a disaster. The cheese was burnt and the crust was so soggy it fell apart when I tried to pick it up. And the delivery took over an hour! Save yourself the trouble and get your pizza somewhere else.

13.99 for a buffet with a poor variety. 1 pasta. 3 of the same types of pizza. Breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. And a salad bar. That's it. Thought they'd offer a little more variety. Definitely not what it used to be. And kids eat free under 3 which makes sense. But it should be under 5. Most 5 year olds eat 1-2 slices and maybe a breadstick. Def not 7 dollars worth. Too expensive. Just like everything else nowadays.

Went to this Pizza Hut with two kids during the buffet and was told to share a spoon... that they only had one spoon but they would wash it to give to the other kid. I asked to talk to the manager and the guy walked away saying oh jeez. Manager came and confirmed they only had one spoon. Jeez don’t put pudding and applesauce out on the buffet then. Poor sanitation and dirty place

they still have a buffet at this one which is awesome, lunch is from 11 to 1 for the buffet, it's like$5.99, and salad is really good on the buffet

We order from Pizza Hut quite often. Saturday 17th which was my birthday we ordered one cheese and one half sausage and half meatball. The meatball was disgusting, it gave my friend terrible stomach pains and diarrhea a few hours after eating. We called the next day to complain and let the “manager” rich know that my roommate had food poisoning. Instead of offering an apology and a free pizza to make up for the lousy disgusting pizza, he proceeded to tell us that they have “c

If I could give this store and their customer service a zero, I would. Every time we have ordered we’ve said it “this is the last time”. Horrible customer service, and haven’t received a pizza from them yet that wasn’t messed up in some way or delivered cold. After my last experience today, we are officially done!
