Rates a notch below other Pizza Ranch locations because, unlike many other locations, they don't offer stuffing or Dorothy Lynch dressing - perhaps the buffet area is smaller than other locations? (seems that way) Otherwise fine and what you've come to expect.

Had lunch with 3 friends. 2 of them had never been there before. They can't wait for our next together at Pizza Ranch next month! Food was great, and we did not feel rushed.
Not very happy, probably will not return unless it’s a different location, I was there at 8 o’clock shortly there after I was promptly told that there would be no more pizza or anything made because the kitchen was closing and to my knowledge that’s like an hour at least before closing time so nobody was gonna make me a pizza even though they offered when I walked in and I paid full price for basically nothing. I got one plate of food, maybe two And basically was turned away after that you know if you guys are gonna close your kitchen so early then maybe you shouldn’t charge full price after 8 o’clock that’s just very unprofessional probably shouldn’t offer to make somebody a pizza when they walk in if you’re not gonna do it

We had the buffet. They work very hard to keep it clean and neat. They are all very friendly and helpful.
Parking: The parking lot is very large with ample room for easy and close to the door parking.
Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of "kid friendly" food options for a wide range of ages.

This is me, my husband and kids first and possibly our last time visiting this place. Upon arrival, we were completely ignored and not greeted at all. All the staff seemed pretty racist sadly to say. Our plates overflowed the table we were having dinner at. I had to literally ask to have our plates cleared and she slowly came to do so. She kept going to other empty tables to clear instead. The food was ok for the most part. We came on a Tuesday where kids eat free for every adult. Maybe I’ll go to west bend which is also closer to our home. Thanks a lot for such terrible and offensive experience!!! I just checked my receipt, the guy at the front desk name is Alex
