Point Burger Bar Pewaukee

Ketchup exploded all over us and no apology or help cleaning up. Waitress stated this happens often when it's warm and storms. Everyone in our group of 7 had ketchup clothing stains, while a few of us had it in our hair., on our face, arms etc. It exploded in our drinks and in our appetizer. Was told another appetizer would be coming to replace that but nothing came. Had to ask for new drinks and when asked for clean up supplies only given Wet wipes and some dry napkins. No an apology or assistance given by staff. Waitress said to us well I will come back and take your order once you are done cleaning up. No manger came to apologize, no offer on anything. The more I thought about when I told others first thing was they must have done something for you-nope not even a sincere apology. The bartender said someone will be in trouble after this (must have a known policy on ketchup that was not followed). How are we then punished? How do they not have the glass bottles then vs the plastic.

Waited 20 minutes to even have a drink order taken. Food came out in good timing but tots and fries were cold and stale, as if they were reheated over and over. Kids mac was essentially Kraft.

Can be a bit loud when busy. Food is above average with reasonable prices. Arcade offers something for everyone. One of our favorite spots.

Service was on point, food was delicious. Burger was great, plenty of options at a reasonable price.

My wife and I really like this place. We live by the Lake, but have a lunch there every time we are in the area. The quality and variety of food is remarkable. Great assortment of beer, very nice atmosphere. It looks like the locals come to this restaurant often to celebrate or simply gather to enjoy a good, family time.

The mozzarella wonton sticks were great with the marinara dipping sauce! The game room was fun and affordable to kill some time with my 9 year old son too!

Burger was tasty and prepared as requested. Service was attentive. Sports bar. Lots of tvs. Much better than anticipated. Would go back.

Food was ok at best. Waitress never asked if we wanted a second beer. Games were ripping us off. We would win tickets and they wouldn't register to our card. The guy was overwhelmed. I

We had a party of 15 and they were able to accommodate. Everyone enjoyed the burgers and drinks. There was something for everyone.

Burgers were just ok. The fries were terrible. Soggy and cold for all 3 of us who had them. Kind of expensive for what it was.

We were quite impressed with the food. A good number of options and the burgers are great. The beer list has something for everyone. Get the lamb burger if you like lamb. We'll be back.

We recently found out that that location was bought out. They do not use the rewards program anymore. No do they offer military discounts and I was with a Air Force person. It took forever to get my drink from the bar never came back and asked me for another drink and halfway through our meal, we got our Bill that's crazy
