Saw a Qdoba ad and the burrito looked great, so I stopped in for the first time in a while. Now I remember why it had been so long.
I ordered the habanero steak burrito but got mostly rice and beans, with a few chunks of meat hidden somewhere in there. If you’re just after a tortilla filled with rice and beans, it might do the trick but calling it a steak burrito is a stretch.

Used to be decent. Now, the last 4 times I’ve eaten here, the rice has been hard. I used to work at Qdoba so I know all you have to do is follow the instructions to make the rice perfect. Is that so hard? It’s really the only place in town I liked eating at regularly and now it’s disappointing and I’m not going back.

I usually frequent this location for a quick, predictable bite. It's usually very good, but this time my chips were over-fried with a burnt taste, and the rice wasn't fully cooked. I hope this was a one-off situation, and not a new standard. First time I left disappointed.

They treat your food like they’re rationing it. I’ve been here multiple times and lately they started cutting back on what you get. Bowl half full with almost no meat in it. This Qdoba has gone down in quality and quantity.

Order never received and was hung up on multiple times when checking the status of my order. Was told no one at the store spoke English and they couldn't understand my request. Love QDOBA but will never go to this location ever again.

wow... I used to come to this qdoba every day. I now remember why I stopped coming. In the afternoon they used to have 2 awesome guys that were managers I assume. They were competent and followed qdoba expectations for servings. I ordered steak and brisket for my bowl. I could count with one hand how many chunks of steak I got and the smallest pinch of brisket...wtf? Bel Air cantina offers the same type of burrito bowl with ALOT more protein with damn near the same price. This location has gone so far down hill. This isn't the first time this has happened, I have had to politely ask for a reasonable amount of protein every time and they still fall short. 1 serving = 2 full scoops. Protein is the most important part of the bowl. If your doing it to stretch the food out so the cooks can be lazy.. just stop and do better. This is beyond inappropriate. I'm not paying $13 for a vegetarian burrito bowl when I very specifically am paying an premium for steak and brisket. The old managers would've sent somebody home for doing that... when they were there, they earned by business everyday versus now every 8 months to see if they got a new crew of competent people. Bad attitudes, no smiles, no personality nothing. Just sad. I used to love this place, it breaks my heart. Everyday after the gym I would be here. I'm really praying for whomever owns this particular franchise, because other neighboring qdobas don't operate like this.

I usually do not complain about food but this is the worst bowl I've had. Looked like soup! Ridiculously small portion. Taste was awful. Everything ended up being soggy and watery.

Just not happy this time around. I’ve had issues before but this is by far the worse. I order this same bowl all of the time. Idk what happened but it was 1 scoop of rice, a half scoop of meat and a ton of the condiments. My wife has been craving this and today just made her not even want it anymore.
