The last half of dozen times my order has been heinously wrong. I thought maybe they were just sabotaging DoorDash orders but today my regular take out order was just trashed. I’m done giving them another chance. Taco Bell has done a better job getting my order right!

Order had no meat way too much rice and in one with little rice ordered no rice didn’t fill chip bags no silverware cheese only filled 1/3 of the way and missed a chip bag too

Usually very small portions when you order online. I like to order in person because they give you more food. This time the guy was rolling his eyes at me and asking "is that all" after everything i added to my bowl. I get it might be alot but I'm paying good money for a bowl of toppings.

First time ever at this location of qdoba I find out that they don’t let you choose all the sauce if you want. I asked for extra and they literally put 10% of the scoop and than deny to put all sauces and says they only allow up to 3. I have always had all the sauces put in my bowl at every other location I have had but this local will be my last. Will literally drive 100 miles to not come to this location again.

The tiny water cup leads me to believe that Qdoba thinks I'm going to steal soda from the restaurant. "Thanks for coming, we know you're a dirty rotten thief if you drink water." It's kind of humiliating.

I highly suggest if your location is going to close early you make that known.
Didn’t exactly enjoy choosing this location rather than another one I could’ve gone to at the same distance, to find out the employees closed at least 16 minutes early and apparently found it funny both of the gentleman laughing… Another car pulled up and they said it was the 2nd time this had happened to them recently. I know help is hard to get right now but decency, respect, and strong customer service goes a long way…
