I don't know if it was a one-time thing. But no one there seemed to care about their job and when you said things like half scoop they weren't listening and they added tortilla strips to my burrito that I didn't say. But at this time I could tell that they weren't listening and didn't really care. So I just continued to order paid and left. Have not yet eaten to see how the food quality was, but I'm sure it'll be just as decent as every other chain Qdoba. Just to know it was service. Hopefully if I try it again here it'll be better.

Portion sizes were not great. Line workers didn’t speak English. Asked for extra rice and extra beans but there was zero acknowledgement of the request. Really skimped on the chips too.

I was waiting for almost half an hour and the cook was not in a hurry to do things and they gave me bad food now everything is a disaster they should change the staff it is a horror to eat there and on top of that the children get on the table I do not recommend this place

The food was amazing, as always. Nothing beats the Spicy Sweet Chicken Bowl. I ordered ahead and when I got there the staff did not address me and I thought they were still making the dish. I stood for 10 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. They went to get my meal when I said I was waiting for an online order. Bad customer service experience.

I stood in line and watched as people were served food and smiles. For some reason my two burritos, one bowl order was too much? I did not get any smiles like the 4 people ahead of me and two people behind me. I smiled when I was up to order, but I stopped smiling once the guys SHOWED they were annoyed. I could not tell what they were so annoyed by because they started to whisper to each other in Spanish. This is the second time it's happened. I did have one burrito double- wrapped. The second guy didn't understand that. I have never had a problem ordering this way at another location. In fact, I was told by an employee that I should order the double-wrapped burrito to avoid spillage because my son likes double meat.
I didn't write a review the first time because I thought the guys were just tired, but these same guys treated me the same way. Maybe they did not like that I placed a larger order than just one bowl or burrito like everyone else. (I like to go into the stores so I can look at the food before I order. I don't place online orders, but I have never had a problem going into a store with my order.)
I wish I had the guys names, because there really are some great bubbly people that work there. I don't want people thinking all the people working there are like this. My family moved to the area from Menomonee Falls, and I was excited there was a Q'dubs by the house because we go 3-5 times a month. Just to avoid any unnecessary stress, I will just continue going to the one in Menomonee Falls.
The store was clean and the food was good as normal.

They definitely wanted to put the least amount of everything on our burrito bowl and quesadilla. Seemed extremely cost conscious compared to every other Qdoba.

Jason took great care of us, great attitude and great customer service he was absolutely amazing and I’d come back just for him alone. He made my food with care and cracked a few jokes with us. Made us feel great! Antonio also helped him out and did a great job. Thank you fellas I appreciate you guys and will be back many times! I came in with my family and they were both very nice to us 🙌🔥

My 14yr old daughter and I love this Qdoba location. We enjoy the nice and friendly employees! The atmosphere is stress free and laid back. The two of us like sitting inside relaxing; while enjoying our delicious food. We enjoy the fact that I can have my food my way and she can order her’s the way she loves. I love the Coke from the old school fountain from here. It’s always mixed perfectly! I like that you can go gluten free, vegetarian and no cheese options.

Update: Amazing bowls today. They were fresh, the portions were plentiful, and service was great.

This location is usually great. Normally the portions are so large I can barely finish it. Today 3 burritos were tiny, missing ingredients, and folded improperly. I couldn't bite through a couple parts because there were too many layers of tortilla.

For $10 a burrito I expect the correct portions and to have it properly folded.
