Took them 5 minutes to find my order, repeatedly telling me that they didn't have the order, or I possibly ordered it from another location. Very frustrating experience.

We have been living in Waukesha now for almost 3years, and I have to say Rosati's pizza is by far the best pizza around! We ordered 2 personalized pizzas - a 16-inch for my husband and a 12 inch for me. Each with our own toppings we love. He also gets an order of breaded mushrooms! I love it cuz the next day we heat up the leftovers in the air fryer, and it's like getting a new order again. Next time you're trying to decide where to go for pizza, check them out, and you won't be disappointed!

Ordered 4 large pizzas at a cost of $118.00 dollars at 4:18 pm to be delivered at around 6. We called at 6 :30 and they said that the order didn't go through on the online ordering. Then she came back and said they were out for delivery. Turns out the driver gave them to another house and then went back to get them and when he got to my house he said there might be some slices missing. WTF!! The photo shows what was delivered, including a pizza cutter that was left in the box from whose ever house they were at. Who the hell brings food, knowing it has been eaten by someone else. I see why this place has a poor rating. Never again going here, and the owner could care less about what happened. Take some pride in being an owner and address your issues with your business or just close your doors because this was totally unacceptable.

They're not open any regular hours it seems. 6:32 on a Tuesday seems like a normal time to order pizza. The last pizza I ordered was ice cold when I got it home (I set a scheduled pick-up time, but they must have made it immediately). Not sure what the problem is here.

I was so excited to try the deep dish pizza, but the excitement quickly diminished. The outside of the pizza was crunchy, but the second inside layer almost tasted underbaked. The pizza itself didn't have a whole lot of flavor from the sauce. If you're looking for something very cheesy, I'd recommend the deep dish.

Terrible customer service, incorrect hours. Ordered a pizza online and spent hours calling. Turns out they weren’t actually open, even though there hours said they were. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!
