I got the acai cocoa craze smoothie bowl and it was delicious, they were incredibly fast. My only gripe is that this was a special occasion and I don't live close enough to have it regularly.

Place an order online they made my order wrong and when I said something to them about it, they wouldn’t fix it or give me some money back. I asked for a cocoa colada, and I got a berry.

We made a special stop to get something at smoothie king at 8pm and referenced the store hours to be sure we werent going for no reason. Staff had doors locked at 8:05 and didnt open them even though hours say 9 pm

My bowls are always messy and covered in my toppings. Also they dont allow any form of orders at least 15 mins before 9. I have only ever worked in fast food and we have never locked our doors before our closing time.

I have been here a few times and it has been great. However, on Friday 5/23 I went to try and get something before work, and they were closed? Really confused as to why the app says 6:45AM and even Google does too, but the door says 7AM? I tried to say something in the drive through and did not get a response. I then went up to the door, locked obviously, but the 2 people behind the counter looked right at me and then tried to hide themselves from my view. Do you open at 7AM or 6:45AM? I would love to make this a regular stop but hours need clarity.

I have been here a few times service is great so are the smoothies my only complaint is a sharp plastic piece in my mouth while drinking a smoothie, I hope they are more cautious about this in the future. Other than that, I will be going back.
