Multiple trips over two weeks and they are always out of Oatmilk. Whoever is responsible for maintaining inventory is doing a terrible job. For a product that is readily available and has an infinite shelf life, how on earth are guys running out of oakmilk before noon every day?? Lazy and negligent. Upper management needs to get on top of this.

Unfortunately this happened. It's my second time this week alone, going and spending over 15$ I ordered pumpkin spice cream FRAPP "grande" and most of it was just ice and whipped cream barley any coffee in it AT ALL, just bummed me put. I took 3 sips and all the liquid was gone and I was left with just blended ice and whipped cream. A girlfriend of mine was there Monday SAME THING so just watch!

Terrible service, came in the store Saturday morning. Took 10-15 minutes just to put in an order with no line inside the store because they were 'short' and seemingly only working on drive-thru and online orders and largely ignoring in-store customers. I will never use this location again if I can avoid it.

They are disrespectful mess up order and had them remad they were mad ? and told me not to come back
Love coming to this location, usually several times a week. The entire team is always joyful and friendly.
"Fels" is great and has awesome beverage creations!
I could go to any Starbucks but I choose this one because of their team, 5 ⭐!!

I don't leave a lot of negative reviews, but how exactly does a coffee shop refuse to sell someone coffee because they're cleaning the coffee machine? I gave two stars because the server was nice and offered to sell me an Americano instead, but it does seem a little weird that a coffeeshop would flat out refuse to sell someone a coffee, doesn't it? I just took my business to a nearby Starbucks that was interested in staying afloat by serving its customers.....

I went through the drive-through for o'clock today, and I was told that they were closing early due to facilities issues. As I drove around the drive-through, I was stopped because people were at the window checking out. Understandably, they may have ordered before their closing time so now I have to wait because I can't exit the drive-through, I am told it won't be a long wait. The person ahead of me places a new order for a new item and is able to check out again. After that person leaves the window I drive through and watches the person behind me pulls up to pay for her drink. I get out of my car to ask her how she was able to order and they said it's company policy to take care of everyone in the drive-through. As I was talking to her, the manager comes out and start screaming at me. I will never go back to the Starbucks again, the other employees started yelling out the drive-through window.
I don't to this Starbucks location very often. Stopped in for my favorite/custom Chai Latte. They did a great job, got everything perfect.
