Today I ordered 2 drinks. One of them was a venti iced americano with 4 pumps of vanilla. As I was watching the barista make my drink, I did not see her put the vanilla pumps in. She put the drink on the counter quickly, no thank you. I asked her if the vanilla was added, she answered yes and she was turned around. Very rude and not the starbucks normal good service. I unfortunately believed her and when I got to the car, no vanilla in the drink. I am a starbies lover but that was rude and I will never go to that location again.
