Lisa at the window is the most lovely person to chat with, and I wanted to shout her out personally. This is probably my favorite location as well, as the drinks are always perfect, the service is wonderful, and the staff is excellent.

I am a super frequent flier. This is my 'home store' and I do not know why they're better at making my drinks than most. They always make it right. Some other stores make the coffee a little weaker tasting.
Sometimes they're a little slow, especially lately, and I HATE the drive through because it's on the tighter size for big vehicles but that's not their fault.

I don't know what to truly say about this Starbucks. Ive been a customer for YEARS. But lately it has been my weekly treat before therapy. I pass by 3 Starbucks and go out of my way to go to this one. The employees are always AMAZING. They almost know me by name now! (They for sure know my order! And I throw them off when I try something new lol) its a great atmosphere with the typical coffee shop sounds. Chill music and always smells amazing. Bathrooms are always spotless and are on top of any issues. And when you tell them your running late they try their best to help get you on your way!
I usually sit and write for about 45 minutes before heading out unless running late.

How can you not like Starbucks? Yah, it's not cheap, but on those days when you need something special just for yourself, Starbucks is there to save the day! It's cheaper than a spa day, cheaper than a massage, cheaper than a pedicure. So go get that venti Starbucks! Because you deserve it! ☕️

I would love to give 5 stars the 3 stars are ment for the lovely lady's at the drive threw window. I come every day almost!! BUT!!! there is always that one person that ruins it for everyone, there is one girl that never smiles cant take a compliment, dirty looks, very detached!! Kind of reminds me of im better then you attitude. Makes me not want to go just because she works like 4 days a week and the vibe is off!! When ever people have to work with her or see her as well! The drinks are amazing everything though

A great, clean Starbucks. Spacious with plenty of seating. They served my green tea latte and scones for dining-in on dishes. All were well-made and fresh. Free wi-fi to work comfortably from my laptop for an hour or so. Great service from friendly staff.

Great atmosphere. As I was working and enjoying my Blackberry Sage Lemonade. I was truly impressed watching the Baristas operate as a well oiled machine. This group was excellent!!!!
If I could leave zero stars, I would, the manager is a horrible person and decided to rip employment out from under me after my mother died, and I had to leave town very suddenly do not buy from here. They suck.

I come to this Starbucks about 5x a week and go through the drive through for my drinks. These are pictures of my caramel macchiatos the last 3 days. This is with me taking NO sip out of the drink, and I specifically ask for no foam every time I go. I feel like every day I basically lose $1 because about 2” of my cup isn’t filled. It’s super disappointing when you pay $6 for a drink. Once my gift card is used up, I won’t be going back unfortunately :/ … baristas definitely don’t pay attention to the no foam request and are filling drinks with inches missing.
The workers are super sweet etc, but I’m not getting what I’m paying for and it continues day after day.
On November 29, 2024, at 9:41 AM, I had a troubling experience at the Grandview and Silvernail Starbucks Drive through. Despite having sufficient funds in my Starbucks wallet, the barista charged me for another customer’s order, prompting unnecessary reloads. She later claimed I had gifted the charges to the next customer. When I addressed the issue in-store, the responsible barista avoided me, though another staff member confirmed the mistake and apologized. I really wish @Starbucks take steps to prevent such incidents.
